Yeah what he said ^^. I don't think there has been anything official released about the update in terms of when it will be released.
I guess we will know in 30 mins for those on the East Coast. I wonder how they are checking the timezones if this is a case. I could use a proxy if they are doing it by IP. I highly doubt it would be something as simple as the clock / time setting. It would have to be by IP.
Ok, I will admit the search engine on this site sucks. It's probably using the Google engine. I just tried to do a search of threads containing questions about the release time and got everything but.

To the people who criticize the OP, why did you enter the thread? I can think of no other reason than to be critical. I mean, you knew from the title of the thread what was going to be in here. If it bugs you, just don't click on the link and you won't be bothered any longer that it takes for you to read the thread title on the forum page. Unless it takes you a long time to read those few words...

Yea and new iphone "usually" come out in july and here we are with a thousand threads on a new iPhone that is coming out in two days...
Apple said June 15...they didn't say what time. If I'm Apple, I'm reading all these people wanting the 3.0 software and will stay up all night for it. I set it to release at 3:37PM PST for grins and giggles.
Also, announcing the time is a sure-fire way of trashing the servers.
