Haha that's what search is for! Apple-F, "iPhone1,2_3.0" (or iPhone1,1_3.0 for the 2G) - if nothing is found, it ain't out yet.

It's not the actual firmware. It's just the update "summary" text that'll come up (and comes up with every update).

Apple uses edgesuite.net to host this stuff. Go to itunes.com/version, it redirects there.

It's not out, it's just pops up the "summary" window for the update which is what I screencapped. It's real, it's just not the firmware.

That looks like the Torrent version...

its the 3G S firmware...its real...but useless for us.

3G = 1,2
3GS = 2,1

Thats the file for the iPhone 2,1 which I think is the 3GS.

1,1 = 2G
1,2 =3G
2,1 = 3GS

What I posted was a link to the iPhoneDocumentation_3.0.ipd file. If you drag it to your iTunes it pops up the update summary window (though it doesn't actually download anything yet).
