How is the speed? Faster? Slower?
New beta releases are usually on a Tuesday, two weeks apart from each other. In fact, there's only one time when that hasn't been the case (3.0 beta 5) and that's because it ended up being the final release and they wanted to test push notifications.
Off-topic: I still think push notifications are broken though. If you have multiple push apps or any IM push app enabled, you end up getting so many messages that it becomes annoying! Without anything like priorities set for push notifications, my phone is buzzing all the time from the slightest thing. I'm really hoping they don't wait until iPhone OS 4.0 to fix it, because it can't wait a year.
My UDID is already registered in the developer program, but I am not the primary developer. How do I go about getting the ipsw for the beta?
1) What are you printing from your iPhone exactly? I am curious. Didn't HP showcase a wireless printing app? Most likely this is not going to be added to the OS. Doubt 90% of iPhone users will print anything. Less stuff to the OS, the better. We still have a very limited device with low memory.
HP released a free app called HP iPrint Photo that will print anything image via wireless. It doesn't help much for text, etc, but if need be, you can take screenshots of print, save them to an image and print that via HP iPrint Photo.

Umm, can we have PRINTING please?! Over Bluetooth and WiFi (3G would be a nice bonus)
How about the ability to do video/audio out of the entire iPhone OS via AV Cable?!
What about an ability to use Bluetooth Keyboards and similar input devices?!
And seriously, what about USB Mass Storage mode and the ability to add ANY attachment to a Mail message?! Like a resume in .doc -- sheesh.
;-) I'm sure there's more -- what's that iPhone wish list website address again?
If it's not broke don't update. No problems on my 3GS. This update will prolonged another jailbreak so this update is pointless to do.
Can anyone who's installed it tell me if it fixes the high frequency noise which is produced after ie: locking the phone, sending an SMS etc...?
Wow, they added unlock! Lets you use your iphone with any SIM card!
This would obviously be a big deal, care to share any verification?
AVRCP is still not supportedcan we change tracks yet!it's nice be able to use bluetooth though!

Can anyone who had 3.1 beta 1 with MMS working (AT&T US) confirm that MMS still works with this new beta?
I had to spend an hour on the phone with them and it's been working for two weeks now, I'd hate to have it cut out because I've oddly been using it more than I thought I would....
Sarcasm maybe? He was kidding...This would obviously be a big deal, care to share any verification?

Has anyone been able to enable tethering with this?
Neither the .ipcc or the mobile configs seem to enable tethering.
