I'd switch (back) to Verizon if they got the iPhone.
Actually, I have an account with Verizon - mainly a work phone that I don't use too much any more (like the iPhone too much). It's a Motorola Droid running a rooted & custom themed version of Froyo 2.2. Otherwise, we have a family plan on AT&T. Whole family (all 5 of us) have iPhones.
AT&T is ok for me when I'm anywhere but at work. Virtually zero AT&T coverage inside the building at work. Only in a few areas, mostly near windows, can one get a usable signal. Most of the time, everyone with iPhones at work just stare at the "No Signal" notification at the top left of the screen. Verizon, on the other hand, literally has full-power service everywhere inside. Supposedly, there are VZW repeaters inside the building.
While I'd probably leave the rest of the phones on AT&T, I'd switch mine to Verizon in a heart beat so I could have usable service. Even if it meant I'd loose simultaneous voice & data on my phone.
