Interesting that the resource file goes into the Carbon framework, which presumably means Finder is still a carbon app rather than a cocoa one. I'm sure there was some talk about finder moving under the cocoa framework: Guess they ran out of time!
 
Thanks for posting this, it looks great. Personally, I love the new Leopard look, but I thought the old Aqua scroll bars look awkward with Leopard's darker theme. This makes it much better.

those jelly beans scrollbars didn't match the sober graphite look at all ... finally my mac looks nice and mature.
 
Wow, this really looks great and makes everything within Leopard more consistent looking. Makes me wonder why Apple didn't do this before they released 10.5 to the masses.
