3D Touch stopped working on some apps... anyone else?

3D touch works on some of the apps, but not Instagram, Twitter, Maps. Also I'm not getting sound on some notifications like WhatsApp, and when I tried to listen to a video that someone sent me, The Volume goes all the way down.

you have to just restore as new. pain in the dick but unless you're patient enough to wait for 9.1 and hope its fixed you're out of luck.

I can confirm this is fixed in 9.1 (or at least b5 of it).....
