You just add "Phone(Facetime)" to the list of unrestricted apps and its done.

No, I bought it over a year ago and just installed it on my iphone 4 by logging in with my facebook account.
I would like to know this as well, I want to stay way from Rock, so been waiting for Unrestrictor to update. can anyone confirm if it is working with FT?
I too bought it over a year ago. It's very easy to transfer to a new device as well. Just login using facebook and hit the transfer license button. It then lets you download it.
Most of the apps in Cydia are this way. Only problem I ever had was with iBlacklist. I bought it for two phones last summer which I no longer own. There is no way to transfer those licenses and trying to get ahold of the developer was impossible, he never wrote back. I ended up buying it again this time through Rock so I could have it working again.
Yes, it works with FT, that's why everyone was talking about this latest update to 3G Unrestrictor.

Not sure about the repo address, but I added the repo yesterday. In Cydia, just go to Sections, Repositories. You should see it there.
Mine works fine. Tested making and receiving calls with it over 3G.
Try calling Apple's free FaceTime test service, I think it's 1 (888) FACETIME.

Probably pushing up the price to match my3g or because they added facetime support which a lot of people have wanted. Apps change price all the time so that isn't a big deal. What upsets me is having to pay again for an app I've already bought like mywi.
