4.3 Jailbreak?

You can buy their apps, they developed some simple apps with the sole purpose of those who want to "contribute" can do it. My favorite is "signal" from PlanetBeing.

I bought TetherMe and 3G Unrestrictor. Although the developers of those apps are not Dev Team related, their work is impressive.

DevTeam says to send donations to /dev/null :p

That app was made by PB, not the dev team, so you wouldn't be contributing to 'the team', just PB.

That was just an example (and the one I like), all of them have developed at least one app, you just have to look for them, they don't advertise them since most of them are pretty much just shells.

Amen. Very happy with 4.2 JB, and I can already do Airplay in any of my video apps, so the 4.3 is useless to me.

I'm still on 4.0.1 is 4.3 that much better?
Is it worth it to loose some of my apps to move up?
In case you were wondering what apps I would loose, I will be loosing Camera + with the easter egg and VLC player which are both no longer available.

If you got those two apps from the App Store I don't see how you would lose them if you upgrade.

VLC is no longer available and Camera + does not have the easter egg function anymore.

Who cares. You can get all that functionality in cydia apps
 
We shouldn't expect nothing new from Dev-team. Chronic dev-team are those that deliver something, give true ETA's and don't lie that they are "almost there" when they have absolutly nothing.

The main goal of Dev-Team is stay in the scene.

Gotta love the trolls. If you want a JB right away, then develop one yourself. Otherwise stop complaining and go to an Adriod or a Berry...

I think people need to wrap there head around the fact that if someone says something negative, it doesn't mean they are being ungrateful or being a cry baby. Yeah X developer(s) is/are doing great things for the iphone community, but that does NOT make them immune to criticism. People get butt hurt too easily these days. At least since I've been watching Jailbreaks (since 4.1), the developers of the JB have a pretty big history of bringing people's hopes up then bringing them down. Frankly, I don't give a ****, but its really nice to have, and I'm thankful that 1, they are smart enough, and 2, share their work with everybody for free. But that doesn't mean people shouldn't call them on things they do wrong. The Dev team would get a lot more credit if they tweeted or blogged or whatever 'working on the JB, its done when its done, shut the **** up till then.'

I'm still on 4.1. I haven't seen any need or advantage for me to go to 4.2.1 or even 4.3. Apple needs to give me something I can't live without, or really want. Now an iPad 2 -- that would be nice. When an untethered jailbreak for 4.3 comes out, I'll buy an iPad2. Until then, I'll still play with my iPad. As for the iPhone4, 4.1 still works very well.

But to jump on the bandwagon. WHERE IT THE JAILBREAK!! It's been a few hours now. JJ:)
