I just had a meeting with my VP at work and he had his white 42mm sport on. I couldn't pay attention as he was walking around wearing it. Then at the end he starts talking about it. Talk about a facepalm. He ordered it at 5am cst on the 10th. I just want my watch :eek:

WTF.... :apple: im sorry but you are full of S*IT right now. Ive seen numerous accounts of people getting configurations before people who order the same in the same country before the time the delivered config person did. Its freaking ridiculous. I can't believe they are justifying the deliveries as a logistics thing. I think if you are in the US or whatever country you should get your config before someone who ordered the same after you. regardless. Its already frustrating that a big number of configs weren't even available at pre-order launch to arrive the "24th" . Now there is news of :apple: arbitrarily deciding who gets what when instead of going in logical order. That gets me fuming.......:mad::mad::mad:

Misread the post. Oops. But yeah he ordered his at 5am CST and got his. His son got the stainless steel with black sport and that has NOT shipped yet. So the black sport, the space grey, among many other things are the real hold up. The apple watch sport in white and blue are moving much more quickly (or were at least)

He was talking about APPLE not you...I agree within him as well. Apple is full of crap man!
 
Just an idea...If you are upset about not having received your watch, why not try shifting your focus towards how you're going to feel when that day comes that you have your watch. It's just a slight shift in focus but one that can ease your stress if you let it...or you can continue to stress needlessly if want also...either way, it's just a watch. Lol I may catch hell for this but oh well...have a great day everyone!

im not stressed. its more of the principle of the matter. dont tell people that the watch launches on this day and then not even have half the watches available to deliver that day. second dont deliver watches of the same type to those people who ordered after others in the same country, and then justify it by saying logistics. what really eerks me is that :apple: products are great and usually they are spot on with things; however, recently they have been things that arent :apple:esque. Now they are catering to celebs and just not being true to the people who have stood behind them since the Apple 2 days and color all in ones. Id say 80+% of people now who use :apple: because its a status symbol not because the product superior in the areas they need. Idk i just dont like how the whole release was handled. Not to mention I spoke to manager in Atlanta Two weeks ago who said that Angela (satan) wants to make every product online order. So you go to the store to see the item and test it then go online and order and have it delivered. The stores will become replacement hubs and product view centers. If that happens it will be a sad day.
 
My estimated time is 12th-26th may, configuration space grey sport, and my card was charged yesterday. Any idea how long it will take to start being prepared to ship? I'm in the UK btw

With the iphone 6+, i had my order held due to a credit card fraud block. So i thought i would be smart (big mistake!) and buy a gift card just over the anticipated purchase amount therefore taking away the chance to have any credit card problems.



Now that apple decided to sell them at those select boutiques, i'm upset. I live in la, and could easily go down to maxfields and get one like others are doing.



Hmmm, wonder if i complain to apple about this specific situation, they would refund my gift card purchase so i could do that?

Call from Apple

Like a lot of folks, wrote Tim Cook's address, got a response from someone else. Lady explained they were well aware of a lot of folks claiming to get orders late and then shipping next day but swore this isn't how Apple does it, orders are filled in sequence of receipt, nothing more. Don't know what to think, either there are a lot of liars out there in the forums or Apple is blowing smoke about people having orders for same configs sitting in processing while later orders are processed...

I'm sure they have some type of allocation of stock protocols going on.
 
4-6weeks (Deliever May 13 - May 27th) pre-orders

Ahhh my watch just shipped!! 38mm SS WSB! I'm in South Fl. Ordered on 4/10 at 5pm EST. Was slated to received it in the May 13-27 window but got charged this morning and changed to preparing for shipment, now I just got an email saying it shipped and will be delivered tomorrow!

Well, my card was charged a week ago and it still shows processing. Got an order on 38mm SS WSB and 42mm Sport PSB.
 
Just checked, SHIPPED! WOOOOOOHHHHHOOOOOO! UPS number not working yet BUT IT SHIPPED!

Edit: Apple Store app just notified me it will be here tomorrow! SQUEEEEEEE!
