Actually, an apple CS rep said all deliveries are expedited for the first shipments and definitely Saturday deliveries and even Sunday if it is fedex
Okay, call UPS and ask them if they will deliver your watch on Saturday. They'll be able to look at your tracking number and see what service was paid for.
You'll likely get your tracking information overnight, some time after today's UPS planes arrive in Louisville... around 1:00 AM EDT.
Has anyone come up with numbers on how much WATCH supply is sitting in stores right now? I mean, you have the display cases in each store that don't show every model, then you have to have at least one of every model (38 & 42), probably multiples, for people to try on. Not to mention the countless bands people try on with each appointment. Somebody do some quick math on this so I can get an idea of how much supply is sitting in stores right now.
It is my understanding that the units in the display cases are only running a demo loop and not full working models.
I do know that the try-on units in my local Apple Store were also not working models.
Yeah at least they are shipping....us loopers have yet to see a single one anywhere

So is your charge showing up on AMEX as a posted transaction or pending charges? I was charged the entire amount of my order on May 30th but it is under pending and my order status still says processing order. Initially I was just charged 1.00 under pending when I placed the order.
My Amex card was finally charged 10 minutes ago!!Nothing has changed in my order status in the Apple Store, but hopefully this means that something is moving!!

Not only are the SG's shipping, they seem to be shipping well into the May 13-27th orders already.
Same for me in SD. all amex charges are pending for a day or 2. If you eat at a restaurant, buy gas, whatever--it takes a couple of days for it to go from pending to a transaction. I don't think this impacts anything with apple. They hit your card to authorize with a pending payment when you ordered and then reversed it so it never got charged. If you have a pending payment again then that means the watch is in the shipping process. CS rep told me they charge when it hits the us and it goes from processing to preparing to ship once it is handed over to UPS or FEDEX.
Well hopefully that is the case and maybe I will see some activity this weekend and delivery next week. Thanks
Holiday in China
Just a thought - May 1 was the Labor Day holiday in China. Don't know if that impacted any shipments out, but if it seems slower delivery-wise here today, that may be why.

no its not. that theory has been clearly debunked by people receiving configs ordered by people in the same country after someone who ordered before. go back and read the hundreds of posts in different threads and you will see it. get that crap out of here.

I'm not as excited as when I was expecting my watch to ship on 4/24.
But, still glad to see that it may ship before the May 13 - May 27 delivery time frame I was in.
