Be advised that sending to a UPS store for pick up will add one day to the delivery. The only way you can do it for same-day pick up is to a UPS customer center.
 
seems like milanese had a giant push at launch and has all but stopped with big shipments. Guess I really am waiting until mid may to get mine :(

Oh I've been reading. Just pointing out you're moaning about apple not missing your delivery window (yet).

That seems odd. I thought all the SGS (38mm and 42mm) at the 4 minute mark had shipped. Have you checked with Apple? The chat feature on the full website version on the Order Status page is pretty painless.

The minute you ordered does not make a difference, I don't know how many times I'm going to have to say this. Simple logistics are going to ship different watches depending on what's closest to them and by window given. Not by specific minute ordered.

That's only true to a certain extent. For example, on the 38mm SGS, they've been shipping people with orders placed as late as 15 minutes. Everyone (on the 38mm SGS board at least) with a sub-10 minute order time seems to have received their orders. Apple says that they're shipping in the order received, which means that the specific minute does matter but maybe not at the margins, e.g. it wouldn't surprise me if a watch ordered at the 7 minute mark shipped before one ordered at the 4 minute mark, but once there is a large enough gap, then it's possible that something went awry.

Hmm not sure there was a whine in my statement. I think you misinterpreted my post from informational to a complaint.

I was merely pointing out, no movement on the two models I ordered. Processing hell is a common term around these forums.

Regardless, back on topic, 3 weeks 2 days to go to May 27th :)
 
I contacted them. Everything is fine with the order, just no shipment yet :(

Hey! So I'm in the 13th-27th group. I got charged on Saturday May 2nd, and got my shipping notification from Apple on Sunday around 5:21 pm EST. my tracking number for UPS just tells me that my package is ready for UPS, did anyone else have this happen for a while when they were waiting for their watch to ship. It's supposed to be here tomorrow according to the email apple sent

UPS will pick it up this afternoon and you'll get it tomorrow

Just a thought, if we are scheduled for delivery tomorrow May 5, and UPS has no current info on their tracking pages does that mean our watches are already in the USA? I'm not sure they can get them here from China that fast, can they?

They are picked up from the warehouse in the United States
