4-6weeks (Deliever May 13 - May 27th) pre-orders

Hello everyone! Had my 42mm SS Black Leather Loop ordered and email confirmed by 3:02am eastern standard time when the pre orders went live. Two minutes in and I still got this release date.

On another note I ordered the large band but went to try one on today at my local Apple Store and realized I could have easily ordered a medium. My wrist is about 180mm. I thought to get the large for if I wanted to wear the watch loose or something. That being said I would rather deal with the band overlapping a little more than it should then wait till June or even later to get my hands on this watch. Gonna leave my order as is.

I'm expecting this to be at least 4 weeks. If Apple starts shipping them in the order they were received others in this bracket would go nuts and they would be inundated with calls and bad.. etc.

Then again, who knows. Hope springs eternal in Mac Rumors.

It's weird is what it is. I'm an enthusiast and buy stuff at 3:00am all the time. This was different. You blinked and it was over FOR ALL OF THEM.

You had to have been there really. I'm thinking it was some scalper thing. Being thwarted by online only, they came out en masse perhaps. Who knows.
 
Well, the 38mm modern buckle was never available for 4/24 weirdly enough. And I hesitated on the 42mm Milanese for me so I'm in the in the May 13th-27th camp.

I'm profoundly upset cause I had a 38 for 4/24 but after visiting the apple store I canceled it because the 42 was right for me.

Didn't manage to order mine until :12 due to a gift certificate debacle/website not being up, which I've since learned I could have completely avoided - anyhoo SW with White Strap (which I'm regretting) in 4 - 6 weeks :(
 
I'm also thinking that location might have something to do with getting certain ship dates as well. I have seen some claims of 4/24 for orders that were later than mine, 3:08, for the same model, SS with black sport band. So I'm thinking possibly region of the country may have something to do with it as well. I live in a city area, so I'm not out in the boonies requiring extra delivery time or anything.
 
USA. Ordered 38 SS w/ Milanese loop on Sunday 4/12 after a try on that day.
I ordered online from home with some gift cards & got a 5/14-28 date. I hope I can share your thread!
 
At 3:08am I pre-ordered via the app a 42mm Space Grey Sport Edition. Expected ship date is 05/13 - 05/27 :(

Hey, be glad we're in this club and not the 'JUNE' club. They don't even have a date range..just..June.
 
Apple Watch 42 mm SS with Classic Buckle ordered 6:54 am est with May 13th to May 27th. At least it isn't in June...
 
The thing that still annoys me is that I did ALL the right things and still lost.
1. Made the watch I was buying a favorite in the app
2. Made sure the payment information was correct
3. Woke up at 2:45AM EST
4. When placing the order, the screen said April 24th (range)
5. At 3:05AM EST, received a confirmation email for May 13-27 (4-6 weeks)

All I ordered was a Space Gray Sport (38mm) with sport band. Location is not the issue as I live 5 minutes from Albany, NY (alleged state capital).

So, now like the rest of us, I wait...
 
Favorited my watch ahead of time in the app, 42mm Space Black Stainless Steel with Space Black Link Bracelet.

Ordered with ApplePay from the iOS Apple Store app, had my email receipt at 3:03 AM EDT. 4-6 Weeks / May 13 - May 27 immediately.

Panicked because my billing address was incorrect, and immediately ordered the exact same watch again. Email receipt at 3:06 AM EDT. That was was listed as shipping in "June."

(Later found out we can fix the billing address on the order by calling 1-800-MY-APPLE, so I cancelled the 3:06 AM / June watch, and kept my 3:03 AM / May watch.)

I am in the exact same situation. I wish I would have taken a screenshot of it. I really hope they get here on launch day. If not I will patiently be waiting while the rest of my family has theirs (they ordered sport white with estimated delivery in first round).
 
If anyone does get an update please post here immediately... I'm anxious!!! Lol I had April 24 as the date before ordering... Changed CC info and it went to May:( Btw people I ordered 42mm sport edition in black lol much like everyone else... I don't think anyone after 3:04 confirmation email got April24 as their date... Mine was 3:09(eastern) also for some reason mine is May 13-26 not 27

If my order changes I'll make sure to post it here, no worries! I'm in the same situation as you, except I ordered 38mm. It was showing April, then I made sure my shipping address was good and it fell to May...

Haha me to. Did it all just like you.
Only switched from 4-6weeks black for 24-4/8-5 silver because of 24-4.

Later i saw it was on 4-6 weeks. Bummer.
 
I know a lot of you that ordered the space black version did everything right, but that obviously was the most sought after watch during the pre-order event and Apple got hammered with orders. They'll adjust production and catch-up. (I know, you will have to wait a couple of weeks extra, but it will eventually get here!)

many ppl are cancelling their extra orders, and also apple is cancelling any orders that are more than 2 watches :p

I'm the same as you, may 26. i find that strange since many have 27.

are you in canada? it might means its easier to deliver to us lol thats always good

I'm in Quebec City and I got a May 14-27 range instead of the usual 13-27.
