Apparently Apple never though anyone would order a black band or space gray. SMH.

Its still early. I am assuming people are starting work at 9am again today so we should see a lot of orders moving today for delivery tomorrow.

I think that this will be not the Last day without leather loop news
I've only seen 3 or 4 posts by people who bought leather loop bands. I ordered a watch with blue loop band at about 12:08 and it's still 'Processing'. If this was not a popular band, why no movement? You'd think they could ship some out. I can only assume that they are having manufacturing or supply problems with the leather loop bands.
I should have just ordered a sport band and then picked up a loop band later.

I'm waiting for that to happen too. I'm afraid it's going to be a long wait, but I'm hopeful it will be within the anticipated timeframes.
I'm genuinely happy that lots of people will be getting their watch(es) on or very near release date. I'm less happy at the overall way the whole pre-order thing was handled. I know that there are lots of complexities (different materials/models, SKUs, bands, etc.), but I'm genuinely shocked that some people who ordered way late on the 10th (or even days after) are seeing movement while many of us who stuck it out are still waiting.
I'm not going to call this the worst launch ever, but I sincerely hope Apple has learned a ton from this (and the MacBook launch) and that future product launches will be much smoother, more transparent, and reliable.
Like all of you, I'm taking a leap of faith with a new device (2 SS models - his and hers). I desperately want them to arrive soon, and to be happy with our purchases. I'm pretty sure we'll be happy, just have no idear when we'll get them.
Here's to all of us having lots of fun and increased productivity with our new toys. Best of luck to everyone in the next week or so.

Same here. Its now showing up in my support profile too. Apple has pleasantly surprised us this week! I'm going to have a hard time sleeping tonight
Then let me. This is the worst product launch I've ever seen from Apple. And they appear to get worse and more poorly thought out with each successive launch.
For those saying that those of us with the 42mm SG sport are being crazy and ignorant, thats not true.
The fact that some of use ordered within the first 5-10 minutes and got a 4-6 week estimate alone is absurd.
But the fact that people who even had a launch day delivery are being delayed is even more absurd.

Something is clearly up with the SG sport -- especially the 38mm. At this point, I don't think they are in the States. We'd have seen more shipping information. I'm not sure if it's because demand grossly outstripped demand, or there were yield issues, or they just can't make them fast enough.
The Pink Sports Band seems to be in limbo, too.

I guess I'm confused. This is the 5/13-27 thread....why are so many people freaking out that their watch hasn't shipped in time for the 4/24 delivery date?

im gonna just have to accept its gonna be awhile... may 13th at the earliest now. even if i did order another one its probably gonna be may anyway lol
Not to jump on with more no news, but also 42 SG sport (black band) with no movement yet. Still processing. I am hoping for it in the next couple of weeks - given up hoping for it being too early.
Would be interesting to see if there is any response from Apple on why so many SG Sports seem to not have seen movement.

So has anyone's status changed today to "preparing for shipment"?
Would be cool if they'd steadily continue to prepare watches for shipment and send new units out on a regular basis. I hope they are not going to ship in waves and wait a few weeks to send out the next watches.
