This is how I would like Apple TV to fit into the ecosystem. Sorry for the bad drawing... did it very quick on the iPhone.

I know this is basically what it does, but I would like the iPod Touch / iPhone to act as a game controller as well and be able to sync directly with the Apple TV and/or a Mac / PC. Since the Apple TV would have all the media on it, it would act as a server and stream to other computers too and not only that, but backup all the media to the Time Capsule so there is an extra copy of everything. 1080p and an App Store would be great too.

No, I just meant the iPod Touch, sorry didn't have much room on there, but the tablet could fit into that as well. Since almost everyone has an iPod, maybe they can add bluetooth to the nano/classic and have it sync up to the Apple TV as a game controller/remote and friends could bring theirs over to play a game.

1) Blu Ray is a "bag of hurt"
Low-bit-rate-taking-up-space-long-to-download movies are a bag of hurt. I'd like actually own something physical instead of some DRM low quality file on my computer.
I hope Apple makes the top Black like this mockup of the Mini (just without the optical drive):

I'm sorry, but that is terrible photoshopping. Don't take offense though, it's not like I could do any better. I suck at it.
Ding ding! We have a winner!

It is almost 3 years when apple launched atv here i e-rup and most of the europe STILL dont have any content aviable for it!
Apple has managed to push in small iTunes movie stores in UK and germany but that´s it.
The smaller markets have not been economically viable to put any effort in.
But it didnt stop apple to market and sell us the products did it?
Apple, can I get my money back from my aTV?

Ok,europe is a mishmash with copyright laws and it takes a lot for resources to get all contracts done.Fine.
Not putting any or very little effort to make the movie service aviable in the rest of the europe...uuuh...understandable...not cool, but understandable, kind of.
BUT BLOCKING ACCESS AND PURCHASE FROM OTHER EUROPEAN iTUNES STORES? That´s fugged up,as by EU law,we should be able to do it? We should be able to buy, services :material or immaterial within eu without restrictions.
But nooo....
That's why I always facepalm when my fellow citizens want our govenment want to be more like the EU. The fact is, you have less personal freedom in Europe. Except in Amsterdam, where weed and prostitutes are legal *books a flight to Amsterdam* :D;)
I use my ATV daily and am looking forward to an update, no matter how small it is. I just want Apple to show us that they still have some sort of interest in the product. The remote app on my iPhone was an example of a small, but useful update. I want more!

My predictions:
1. Definitely no Blu-Ray (increases cost and takes sales away from iTunes)
2. Definitely no DVR (again, hurts iTunes sales)

Having Mac computers that are able to connect to youtube, Hulu, netflix, and bit torrent sites also take away from iTunes sales. I don't see your point. It wouldn't make that much of a difference in sales. People could always download them on their computer and watch them there, or steam then to ATV, or just watch them on their computer.

No offense taken, because it isn't mine. Found it on google. I just remember the black top which is something I want the next Apple TV to have.
