Hello,
My wrist is 155mm, I am 170cm tall and 61 kg if that helps :)
40 or 44 ?

Thinking this is too large, thoughts? I have my 40mm with pink braided strap coming on Thursday if no delays. I made a last minute decision to buy the 44mm to try, so will compare to the 40mm when it comes. Ignore the watch face, I didn’t bother to set it up yet.

It does look on the large side, assume the strap is done up reasonably tight. Braided strap might help with the 44 to some degree but that is taking up a lot of wrist.

My personal opinion based on your photos is that it looks a bit large. I’d go for the 40mm personally but this is again a situation where functionality and the desire for a bigger screen may supersede looks for some.

Hello everybody, I'm another ~163cm wrist guy who can't decide the size of its first apple watch, can you help me please?
One moment I think the 40mm is better and the other one I change my mind, after that I change my mind again, and so on...
In the photos the blue is 44mm and the red is 40mm

That is an easy one for me, 40mm all day long unless you really want that 44mm real estate.

Thank you! Yes, it is on the tightest pin on the s/m band as I have a 153mm wrist. I had always had the 40mm but I came across this thread and it had me second guessing it. I am going to wear it for a few days before my 40mm arrives, but I agree with the real deal as well that I prefer functionality as I use it mostly for fitness and sleep tracking.

40mm for you, 100 percent.

Help 😫

If it helps anyone moving from a 38mm to 40mm then here are the two side by side, 40 on the left and 38 right. Wrist size for reference is 167mm

And some of just the 40mm Series 6

is that just the black nike band? it looks so good in these photos. I got the 40mm watch because I have tiny wrists. So far I haven't found that an issue with the screen being too small and complicaitons.
