42 MM SS Milanese June Orders

You're mistaken. The week range is based on the order date, not from the current day. Apple may update the week range if the watch is going to ship earlier than expected, but that doesn't change the fact that the week range is from the date of order.

I ordered 9 minutes after pre-orders started and initially had a 3-4 week ship range. I already received my watch. My watch actually shipped on May 11th and the week range never changed at all. So, when my watch shipped, the week range was still 3-4 weeks. That's because it's 3-4 weeks from the time of order.

No, other people will chime in. This is incorrect. For instance, last Friday mine updated to say 5-6 weeks wth a date of June 22-29th. That was almost exactly 5-6 weeks after that date. I ordered on April 22nd and last Friday was only a little over three weeks after I ordered, not 5-6 weeks. I think you're confused because you had a coincidence and an order that went out earlier than they said which had happened to many people.

Well, they may update the shipping times for orders, then the weekly ship estimate is based on that udpate time. At least from what you're saying, it sure sounds like it. On the other hand, if you don't get an updated ship time-frame, then the weekly estimate is based on the order date, not from today. That's all I'm saying.

I hope you get a shipment soon. As I mentioned, I ordered a few minutes after the pre-sale started, and I still had to wait weeks to get it, so I understand what you're going through. Good luck!

Yeah I hope so, honestly I don't even get the point of two dates listed. The first is the week range which is "available to ship" and it did update on a Friday which leaves some room for shipping before the Monday dates given. But then it says it delivers by June 22-29. I have a feeling it will come earlier than that based on some order numbers posted in a story on the home page the other day—unless they end up stocking up stores instead. IMO they should at least satisfy preorders before stocking the store, and yeah my 22nd order was still a preorder.
 
I'm certain that if Apple had the 42mm SS ML watches, they would send them out promptly, after all the longer they take the longer the money sits in our accounts, not their theirs!

When I ordered mine it said "June", the latest change was the last week of June, which is still June. If I get it before then I really have no complaint. I do firmly (hopefully?) believe I will get it late this week or next.

Don't get me wrong, I WANT it tomorrow!

FWIW my card just got charged for my 42mm SS. It's a WSB instead of Milanese Loop, but I think the actual watches are holding up shipments, not bands. I ordered mine 4/19. My status still says about the same thing -- it's now June 19-26 -- but I don't think they would charge my card unless it was about to ship.

Great news! And you got charged on a Sunday before a holiday is also great news, except I won't get any sleep due to checking my phone every hour for a CC charge alert!

I wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't used Apple Pay. The card on that is one I basically use for it. My credit union's app doesn't have any sort of notifications, so it was kind of a shock to see that. I thought at first it was for a vending machine purchase I made earlier, but the vending machine tops out slightly south of $600.

I've been checking like mad as well, especially as I see others who ordered after me get theirs. I'm still guessing I'll be glad I got a stainless model, but damn I've been jealous the past few days!

Just an update: got a shipped notice and told it's coming Wednesday! Yet my account still says the same dates. So the dates are at best a suggestion. When you get charged, it's headed your way.

Congrats, but so everyone is clear: this is for a WSB *NOT* Milanese Loop.

We still haven't seen a ML movement this weekend, so no new developments in this thread.
 
Today is the day!

My watch was scanned out of Tamworth at 3am this morning, and is still scheduled to be delivered today!

I am at work, but the wife is at home, and will be on standby to intercept any parcel that comes anywhere near my front door!

I might finish work early today! :cool:

Congrats!

Checking back into the thread history, StefR stated his watch was "Preparing for Dispatch" 5/21, with an amended delivery date of 6/17 at the earliest. He purchased his watch at 8am 4/11.

That puts this particular 42 SS ML having been delivered ~22 days earlier than estimated.

There's hope for a lot of us this week.

Yeah, thanks for pointing that out. I think I got threads confused. But it seems to me that the shipments spike around the actual watch models and less on bands. A lot of 42 sports with WSB went out a few days ago, and I believe other sport models also started coming.
 
My order has just been updated, shipping estimate 17th-24th of June from 22nd to 29th of June for a 42mm SS Milanese which was ordered April 12th

Hopefully that means that a lot will be shipped out in the coming few weeks.

Score! What time on the 12th did you order? I ordered mine a bit later in the day like between 3-5 PM EST.

No change here yet. I ordered on 4/11 (still 6/22-6/29).

Are you in the USA?

Apple are definitely moving their way through these orders even if it is taking a while. Have faith people, your day will come!!

Looks good! I could only be so lucky if mine comes in 22 days early. That would put me at June 1st delivery! Pretty sure that's not possible. At this point I'd love any delivery in the "early June" time frame. At least it appears that things are now moving faster than they're telling us. I'm thinking my June 22nd will turn into a June 8-12th.

I've noticed a lot of international ship times have been getting better compared to USA orders, that's what caused me to ask if you were in the US or not.

Thank you for the update though- hopefully US orders will be next!
 
It's been WAY too quiet in here! Good grief!

Did all the 42MM SS ML folks go camping this week? I was sure hoping we would get through the 4/11 orders today, so us 4/12ers would have some hope! :cool:
