Ordered April 11 @ 11:55 AM CST
Was in "June" forever
Updated to June 22-29 (5-6 weeks) last week
Updated to 5-6 DAYS yesterday about 6:00 PM
Card Charged 2:29 AM today
Status is now Preparing for Shipment

Does anyone know if it's better to reroute the package through UPS?
I heard that if you reroute it through Apple it can delay it a day or two.

Definitely through UPS because at this point you can't make changes to your Apple order anyway.

Finally some movement on my 42 MM SS ML, ordered on April 25. Had been in the "available to ship 5-6 weeks" and "delivers June 22-29" status until just now, when order status was changed to:
Available to ship, 2-3 weeks.
Delivers June 16-22

This seems consistent with recent movement suggesting that as they get through the first couple of days of pre-orders, things will move along much more quickly.

Located on east coast of US.

42 Milanese Loop Ordered on 4/12 3 PM CST

Great News, it seems that most of us will be getting them next week or Friday if everything works like usual for apple US. Expecting to see the "Shipped Status" by tomorrow morning. Updated from June 22-29 time frame, going out to Miami, FL

Thanks for the update. I just checked again, I mine was updated about 30min ago to the same time frame, although I ordered on 4/14. At least that means it's getting closer.

Just received another update

Ordered: May 10th
Original email: July
1st Update: June 25-July 1
2nd Update: June 15-19

I heard that if you reroute it through Apple it can delay it a day or two.
What it appears to me happens....

1. Processing: sitting in a computer file waiting someone to work on it.
2. Preparing for Shipment: Money collected an apple employee is boxing/labeling item for UPS pickup.
3. Shipped: Apple is completed boxing/labeling and has put it into the UPS pickup box. Will not necessarily show up on UPS yet, because they dont actually have it.
4. Tracking available: UPS driver has picked it up.
5... UPS next day delivery. Pretty much like any next day delivery UPS does every day.

If you are going to reroute something between #1 and #5 i believe you are best served to catch it on myUPS just after pickup. Even at that point you shouldn't disturb its transit. If you do you may well add an extra day to its delivery. I think the best option is to change it to HOLD FOR PICKUP at a UPS hub center. Every package will go through one of those when it arrives in the destination city/metroplex. Rerouting it to a store or another address "interrupts" its transit, the above recommendation doesn't "interrupt" it so much as "pause it" along the route.

Good luck and grats. Mine was ordered about 24 hours after you. Hopefully it will make it to PFS tomorrow or Friday.

If you have UPS MyChoice you might have some options, are you a member of the service?

Also... I am at 4/11 at 1:12:12pm CST, just an hour after you and with NO CHARGES yet... This should be a good indicator of where we are at.

42 MM SS Milanese June Orders

Just received another update

Ordered: May 10th

Original email: July

1st Update: June 25-July 1

2nd Update: June 15-19

Are you in the United States? If so, that's pretty weird. I noticed this post and your previous post. So I ordered on 4/14, got a deliver date range of 6/16-6/22, but you ordered almost a month later, and got 6/15-6/19?

But this is great, if I get it between 6/16 and 6/22, that would have only taken a little more than 2 months to receive that watch. Lol

Located on east coast of US.

Your description is exactly like mine save for one thing... my order date was April 18. My 42mm SS ML order also updated this morning with a new shipping time frame of 2 to 3 weeks and 'delivers June 16-22'.

Also (maybe) worth noting: I'm on the east coast of the US as well.

Yes, here in the USA. I know. It doesn't seem fair at all. I was surprised as well. I expected to definitely be waiting until July with a May order date. My guess is that they are just churning these out now and totally underestimated initial demand for this type. Who knows though.

It would be interesting to see if other May orders have similar delivery dates as mine or if I am an aberration.

See this is strange. I only ordered a 42mm Milanese on Saturday and already the date has jumped from July to 12th-18th June. I am in the UK and I am not trying to queue jump...honest

Same exact scenario here, same coast.

Wow. Yeah, Apple is probably ramping up operations and orders are slowly declining to a more stable, post-launch volume.

I think it's funny that you apologized for queue jumping since you're British. You guys love to queue and be polite while doing so. Cheers mate!

Oh no... you're good, bro. Queue jumping never even crossed my mind. We're ALL at the mercy of :apple: here. We have to take what we get in this case, you know?

Ordered 4/11 and had a delivery window of 6/22 to 6/29
now read the signature :D

I ordered on May 25th, with a delivery date of July 1st-8th. It was updated this morning to show a delivery date of June 18 - 24, available to ship in 2-3 weeks.

Just an update- for brand NEW orders, the shipping window is only 2-3 weeks so Apple is catching up quickly (42mm SS ML).
