Same location, same situation. I think the 42mm Milanese order going to Cali is late all around.

I'm in San Diego and today my card was charged, status changed to preparing for shipment. Order confirmation was at 12:06am.. My 12:10am order is still processing.

Point is, this crap has happened before, with iPhones and other Apple stuff...they're knocking out several million preorders, and there's seemingly no rhyme or reason what order it goes in, it's a huge load of stock being assigned to everyone within a certain range, they let out maybe 100,000 milaneses then put it to a later date range, etc. Someone's going to be the last person tomorrow to get a shipping confirmation and still get it overnighted in for Friday. iPhone 6 shipped out and arrived like clockwork because Apple is Apple, for the most part.

Ugh, mine is still Processing! X:07 confirmation email. 42mm. Pittsburgh, PA. Hope the status changes tonight!

In SoCal, ordered same watch, before you, and nothing lol. Oh Apple!

I've been confident that my watch (42mm SS Milanese Loop) would ship shortly, but I am starting to lose faith.

It seems strange that people with later orders (and even people with orders originally estimated to ship in May and June) are getting their orders processed, while others with very early orders are still waiting (my order was at :06).

That fact alone allows me to cling to the hope that I will get my watch on Friday.

BUT ... it would be nice to at least know! By now, they should have narrowed down the window to less than 2 weeks. Apple should be updating the estimated ship dates based their up to date inventories.

I am at the point that no way am I getting the phone on Friday at this point.

Waiting Game

Hello From Kentucky! I Ordered Mine At 3:06 Received Confirmation At 3:08. It Is Currently In The Processing Order Stage... Crossing My Fingers There Still Is Hope To Receive It On Friday :(.

Has your card been charged yet?

I'm starting to lose hope too. :( I mean they're shipping overnight on both UPS and FedEx, so there's still a slim chance but...was really hoping for a 4/24 delivery.

Same here

I think I am in the first wave, since I got my order in around 3:02am cst on the 10, but still nothing.

Not sure if you saw this in the other thread or not, so I thought I'd post it here. Someone has a contact at Apple (not a phone rep), and they said this information has been circulated to CSRs (which was backed up by another poster who received the same information when he called Apple):

"Okay guys and gals, I just talked to a contact at Apple (he's not a customer support person and that's the most I can say. but he did have information that was being distributed for phone support staff) he said that they have a memo in which they told their phone support employees that "having a change in your order status is not an indication that you will or will not receive your watch before those who are yet to get an order update." He went on to describe and insist "A change in order status does not indicate an April 24th delivery and the lack of a change to order status does not indicate that you will not be receiving your product at launch. On the contrary, orders are being processed differently this time around and the specifics of logistics in which bands, which models, which delivery companies, are all contributors in the timing of the status changes and will continue to be processed 24 hours a day. Orders processed today may not ship till Friday, while orders processed tonight may not ship till Monday and orders processed tomorrow may very well arrive Friday." "The process in which the orders are being scanned and attached to the product for shipment are not being based on time of order specifically. The first come first serve only applies to the delivery window, not to the time of day. All 4/24-5/8 orders, regardless of wether they were 1 minute or 4 minutes after the Site and App went live, will be processed for the same shipping windows. The determination of the products arrival will solely be based on inventory, geographic location, and delivery provider." "The fact that your order hasn't updated is irrelevant. Your shipping window is your shipping window, regardless. Orders began updating today and will continue to update. With most orders already in the process of shipment, it is a matter of being input into the system. Your devices arrival date has been determined regardless of when you receive the notification at 4:00pm or 4:00am, the outcome will be the same."

Take it with a grain of salt, but if it gives you hope...take it. :) Does help me not worry so much about the exact minute my order went through.

Well i ordered at 3:04 and today at 5:45 my order on Apple's website changed to preparing for shipment! No cc charge yet, but i hope soon. Really hope i get it Friday.

Interesting that it changed status w/o a charge. I've been so obsessed with getting a credit card charge that I haven't been refreshing my order status page.
