They finally charged my credit card this morning. It is mailing out today and I should get it by tomorrow 5/6.. 2 days earlier..
Apple Store: Good news! Items in order Wxxxxxx3319 have shipped and will deliver by May 06, 2015.
If you have 5/8, you should be getting it no later than this Friday.

Anyone has any idea about when these tracking numbers will be useable as I'm planning to select the option 'hold for pick up' from ups mychoice

Same here, looking forward to getting that as well. Originally had ordered my watch with the link bracelet, after seeing the wait time I ordered the Milanese (which I was going to order the band for separate) and cancelled the watch w/link and ordered the link band separate. My only concern with the way I did it was that the more expensive band wouldn't be covered by AppleCare+. Guess I'll just need to be careful with it.
I have received Apple orders from UPS that never cough up a useable tracking number. It's as if someone forgets to push some buttons sometimes. But, be sure and search by reference too. The ref. # is your telephone number without dashes. You don't need a shipper #.
But I expect useable tracking should be in evidence at least by midnight.
FYI, you're in the wrong thread. This is for people who pre-ordered on Day 1 (April 10), whose delivery window is between April 24-May 8.

You probably won't see it update until after midnight. We order every day with shipping via UPS. The tracking numbers never work until after midnight.
My tracking number is now working. My watch is coming from Louisville, Kentucky. On time. In transit. Scheduled for delivery tomorrow.
