It just really confuses me that I was with the xx:11, my card was charged 2 days ago and I'm still pending. I asked Apple and all they say is "it will come between May 13-27." Everyone else who was charged when I was has started receiving their watches.

I am in the same boat! Was thinking I'd get it before the weekend. Now I'm thinking next week. Ordered 11:12.

WF declined the charge for no reason. I got everything straightened out about an hour later and CS says the same thing, "Nothing wrong with the order, on time to deliver between May 13-27."
 
I have said this before but in Canada I'm xx:09:32 Nd I got mine yesterday so maybe that's useful info?

My card was charged 2 days ago. Moved to shipping early this morning. It's just taking a little time to process it seems. (X:10am)
 
With a spigen cover clip on case not bad at all just got yesterday in time for today's delivery

How do you like the case?

first hour with it on watch, but I like it a lot, snaps on no fuss, easy black on black band blends in perfert, slim and not noticeable, recommend, I also have a screen protector form iQ shields on, fits around edges but not flat yet, but cover helps keep curved edges now will it sets,
IQ shield order a whilw back come in 6 pack, received before the april 24, after a week they send email that they redid size they were not satisfied with exact fit and send me a another 6 pack of updated version for free

Mine is on the UPS vehicle and out for delivery..!

Residential areas tend be last on the ups route :eek:

I would have opted to have them deliver it to nearby UPS Store I am familiar with however last time I did that they messed it up and almost lost the package so simplicity is golden with these folks..

Me too! im 15 and nothing yet! At least its nice to know that no one that ordered after us is getting the watch. Although i did read about that, but i'm not sure if its true.

I ordered mine at3:09 eastern and got the email confirmation at 3:17. Still haven't got mine yet. My wife placed her order for the same exact watch a few days later and she got hers. I flipped a lid when that happened
 
For everyone with Watch already, batterylife gets infinitely better after draining and charging overnight. Yesterday my battery was draining at about 1 percent per two minutes but today over two hours since taking it off charge I have 91 percent charge. So about 1 percent per 10-12 minutes

I like the "that model is in very high demand" part.....

Noooooo!! Really? Aren't they ALL? Seems to me we have been complaining about the SG Sport being slow to ship, but even other more expensive models are even further behind.

But you do have to feel sorry for the customer service folks on the other end of those chats. This launch/supply debacle is not their fault, nor can they do anything to "hurry it up". I have been on that side of the fence, and it sucks taking those type calls. Especially for peeps like me that take it personally I guess.
 
I've worked customer service and yes, I'm sure it's absolutely brutal to be answering the phone (or chats) for Apple right now.

I ordered a 38mm Silver w/ WSB and a 42mm SG w/ BSB on 04/17. I was given June as an estimated ship time. I was ok with that. I did wait a week to place an order after all.

My annoyance is that the 38mm one showed up at my door on 5/5 so my wife is waltzing around with her new watch, constantly talking about how much she loves it. Mine still says June. I don't care about waiting til June, I just don't want her to have it before me :)

yea my wife has her 38mm sport psb and its killing me she has had it since the 28th of last month ordered both at the same time 00:15:25 same order also! so i know how you feel
 
I know this doesn't make a difference but it helps get my frustration out (excuse my grammar :)):

Good afternoon Mr. Cook,

I am writing to you to express the frustration caused by the pre-order process during the Apple Watch launch.

Firstly, the pre-order process SHOULD have been live on both the Apple Store app AND online store. The demand should be no excuse for not being able to launch appropriately with adequately amounts of product.

Also, if you would like to push your loyal customers away from retail stores and instead use the app and online store, please allow all the same payment options.

In my particular experience, I had to wait 8-9 mins after midnight EST for the online store to go live which is unacceptable since that is the only way to use an Apple store gift card. I find that you can't use a gift card on the app absurd and inconsistent with the excellent customer service I’ve come to expect from Apple.

Myself, along with many other loyal Apple product users, have been waiting for our orders to be finally “processed” to no avail.

I understand this is not a life or death situation, in fact is a matter of "want vs. need," however the Apple brand survives in what the world “wants" including myself, someone who have been following the brand since my mother purchased my first Macintosh computer when I was younger.

I apologize if any of this message comes on as rude as that is not my intention. I’m just quite frustrated specially when I hear of all these stars and public figures receiving Apple Watches on launch day. What about the actual people that purchase Apple products and spending their hard earned money?

I feel like there was an oversight somewhere in the process and we are paying for it.

I would have loved to have had my watch on a once in a lifetime trip to Europe for my honeymoon, but patiently I gave up hope and instead I was looking forward to finally having it by the time I returned home but no… it’s been approximately two weeks since and still waiting. Altogether over a month since ordering the phone.

I’m finding myself turning off or changing the channel whenever an Apple Watch commercial comes on TV and I know that’s not me, but I can’t help feeling that way.

Shooting for a tight 48 hours of no activity or charges , good for them.

I guess they are going for the opposite of what we all hoped/ expected, maybe they are trying to dial up the demand. Apparently no reason to fill orders faster. After all it's only been 6 weeks since I placed the order. It's not like they have known exactly what watch I have wanted for a month and a half and not ramped up production or anything F'ed up like that

PUT MY !$&!&$? WATCH IN A BOX AND MAIL IT TO MY ?$&!?&! HOUSE ALREADY

Or whatever, take your time....
