It's a beautiful watch, but quite a lot of dough. I can't even bring myself to spend $800 (after tax and Apple Care) on a SS Leather Loop.

But my issue is that I'm not coming into this as a watch guy. My wrist has been bare for 20 years.

I have a feeling the SGS will make me a watch guy again. Then at that point I will start to see the value in getting a higher end one. But not yet.

Exactly what I was thinking going in to this. I just wonder after seeing how the SSSB looks in the wild and how much I'm sure I'm going to love this watch coming, if I'm going to be wishing and justifying for myself that one...

Why you cancel the Monowear order? I had been looking at those on Amazon as well. But today when I went there.....either they are out of stock, or have closed up shop. Their website is still up though...

Just curious, because I liked the idea of their link bracelet at a huge cost savings!

So someone posted some pictures up in the Accessories section of theirs that they received. It looked pretty good with some issues with the adapter being a different color than the watch and the gap between the watch and the band seemed too big. Also the band itself seemed ok, but not $120 quality. I would have probably still been ok with it, but then I found out that guy posting the pictures had ordered from Amazon a week ago and I preordered on the website 3 weeks ago without it shipping yet. That, along with my questioning the quality for its cost, is what made me cancel.

I've found some other nice standalone bands (although none that I'm really in love with) that if a good adapter comes out I could possibly get one and use that. In the meantime, I ended up ordering the black leather loop as it looked really good with SGS when I tried the combo at the Apple store.

I've been watching this thread for a few days and finally decided to join in. Ordered my wife's watch 4/10 (38mm White sport) with a 00:08 email confirmation and it arrived 4/24. Ordered mine (42mm Black Sport) 4/10 with email confirmation at 00:15 and still processing. She's torturing me and doesn't even realize it. I must check the order page 50 times a day and it never changes. Good luck to everyone while we watch....and watch.

Whenever I get that I get excited , I think ; maybe it says order not found because they were updating the status as I tried to load the page. Unfortunately that is never the reason :/
