I was hoping that I would be charged this weekend, but it looks like we've ground to a halt at this point. My inner pessimist is thinking this holiday weekend will see a lot of hard working Apple and UPS people taking time off, so the rest of us first-day people won't see any PFS over the long weekend.
I'm X1:36 (Austin) .... thinking that I will not go PFS until next weekend. I'm putting my bet that my watch will be here on June 5th. That'll be day 56.

I was hoping that I would be charged this weekend, but it looks like we've ground to a halt at this point. I would hope they will have shipped all within the first two hours by next week! (I'm 1 hour 20 minutes in and still processing.
)I think they are waiting until Tuesday and then a big wave will hit. But this is only a hypothetical.
Got tracking number , will be delivered on May 26th..ordered an hour late around 3:01 central time...charged yesterday night...
kinda disappointed there's no wave tonight. then again Monday is a holiday so maybe that has something to do with it
Got my watch delivered just before noon today. Of course I didn't get much work done this afternoon. After showing it off to my boss he went ahead an ordered a 42mm SGS, the same has mine. He said they gave him an estimated 6 weeks for delivery. I told him that he probably won't have to wait that long. I'm really loving mine. The wait was more than worth it.

After must thought I have decided to cancel my preorder. I am going to use a more traditional design (Fossil or Citizen) until the next release of the Apple Watch.
If you're curious, cost wasn't a factor, it was more about the status of wearable tech and where it's headed... Before my iPod I had a Walkman. The iPod changed my life. Before my iPhone I had a Moto Razr. The iPhone changed my life. So on and so on. I'm just not feeling it with the Watch. Yet. I suppose I could have just returned it after I received it but my gut tells me to avoid that since I am sure I will be hooked.

Gonna be a looooong weekend to stop waiting.... We can start waiting again after the Memorial Day weekend.... So don't think about your watch, remember all the service members that have died fighting for and defending what we have!!! God Bless America!!!!

You canceled your order because you think you will like it too much? Did getting the first iPod preclude you from upgrading? iPhone? Just trying to understand your logic.
For me, personally, I don't see the watch being the type of life altering product that the iPod and iPhone (and to some degree also, my iBook) was. I would be tempted to keep it because it's a wonderful product. Again, for me *personally*, it's not entirely about the cost, it's more of a matter of practical transformation. As of this moment for my own uses, I just don't see it. That doesn't mean it won't work for you or others.
Now, if they had a little camera on it so I could FaceTime? I would be all over that thing. That's the type of life-altering product I'd use every single day.

I think the person who will have waited the longest is the one who was the last person to order a 42 mm SGS Sport on day one of preorders (10 April @ +23:59:59)
My pessimistic, uninformed guess is that there will be zero movement on 42mm SGS for another two weeks. After that, everyone from day one, along with everyone else who pre-ordered in April, will switch to PFS within a couple days.

I think it should be called wrongism lol The 29th is next week. People are going to get deliveries on the 28th just like they did for the 13-27. Smh zero movement for two weeks. That's lunacy
