Few Questions ?
When Apple says watch will be available in June would it have been better to give a date ?
How about Apple addressing the " rumors " about stuff rather than keeping silent ?
Apple is " not wrong " but could they have been " more right " ?
Could Apple have communicated better ?

Can anyone assist?

What were those flights that arrived in KY this morning? Were those flights orders that was already charged waiting to be delivered? Does Apple charge when it leaves China? Or when it arrives in KY? It's been two nights since we've seen any charges at least in this forum but I've seen flights arrive every morning in those two days into KY.

Thank you for your assistance.
 
Hour 1 was 62 % of Day 1.Once that is past the nxt wave on 05/28 or so ( charging and pfs ) and deliver the following week 6/1 -6/5 sounds reasonable to me !
 
I preordered 14 minutes after it opened. Was originally scheduled "June," and then switch to May 29-June 11 a few weeks ago. My credit card rang up on Thursday night, and the order showed up in Louisville on Friday. Now it has made it to Richmond (I'm 60 miles away in Charlottesville). Will definitely arrive on Tuesday 26th. My workday won't be very productive. :D

1. Yes, they should have said June 30th so people would stop complaining.
2. No. Rumors are just junk from random people. There isn't enough time in the day to respond to all the rumors.
3. No.
4. Let's see. They communicated that it was in short supply, they communicated to people when they ordered them the shipping range and they hit those dates, they communicate when the product was being shipped out. So no, I don't see what else a reasonable person would expect a company to do for a $400-$1000 mass produced product.
 
Silent couple of days. Hopefully they have a large stockpile they are going to charge/ship on or after Memorial Day. There have been two flights into Shenzen, but no flights out as of yet.

It has been silent!!!!! They really made a lot of progress last week. I am at 01:22:30 and didn't think I would get it for quite a while but with the times that have been shipping out I think I'll be in the next batch (hopefully).
 
Where can you track flights from Shenzen to anchorage or wherever Apple Watch are shipped from china??? :rolleyes:;)

I disagree and think that though ppl didn't get their product when they wanted it that apple has communicated through out the process of when you can expect to get the product from giving general shipping months and weeks when you first ordered and updating those dates later and they have meet those dates.

Exactly.
Not sure why fact is so difficult for some to acknowledge.
This has garnered such incredible response form the community. Ranging from sane/rational to delusional/entitled. I'd expect nothing less of a passionate public forum.

It seems to be a combination of entitlement and "me, me, me".
Seems that when people don't get something when they want it, and no one is hand holding them and telling them "there, there, it will be okay, we are working hard to get your watch" they either feel neglected or they get bent out of shape.

I am amused by some of the posts of people who get their watch and say "it was manufactured in week x and they only shipped it out in week x+2, what is going on?!" As if the second it rolls off the assembly line, the expect it immediately goes through QA, gets packaged and put on a plane which leaves that day. LOL.
