Ordered April 12th. Originally "June" and then late June (25-29) and changed as of today to June 3-5th.
Order (4/10, 7:11:00 am EDT) just updated to June 3-5
My 42mm order, originally set for June, updated to May 29 - June 11, was just updated on the order status page to "4-6 business days, Delivers 03 June - 05 June".
The latest order data I've seen here was within a half hour of my order time, too (7:11 am EDT, that's 4 hours 11 minutes after sales began). Really surprised it got pushed back a week, essentially (considering I've seen a couple from the 6:30 EDT range that should deliver tomorrow).
Hoping this is just temporary, but....

This is now evidence that the available to ship is based on when it first changed to something new and not based on when you make the order. It seems apple updates these times once a week or so.

I am in the same boat. Went PFS early Monday morning and then shipped Monday night. It always seems like they start shipping them late at night and then they are ready to be picked up or dropped off the next day. I was hoping UPS was going to start loading them late last night and we would get them today but one more day isn't bad!

Well it looks like allot of people will get the watch around or before we reach the 2 month mark (day 56) of this awesome preorder experience. Yeah
Depends on how you look at it. Although the earliest possible scenario may now be later, the latest possible scenario is earlier. So technically, Apple has bumped you up almost a week sooner than expected according to their promised dates.

Groups before us all got move up to before their expected delivery... We just got moved back a week... Oh well... it figures... life's not fair... We have it so rough...
It won't update till tonight, this is typical with a shipment.
By the time it updates it'll probably say "received in <your city>", or possibly "out for delivery"This is true, but from the standpoint of having seen deliveries jump significantly over the last several hours...it's a bit surprising. I'd expected that my order would ship tomorrow (since orders within 30 minutes of mine are already preparing for shipment) but now it's going to be a week away, at best.
I don't know if this is just an automatic "anyone we haven't shipped yet gets this status change" thing, or if they've drawn a line in the sand and said "anyone at T+4 hours or later has to wait another week, while we build up stock for the stores." Or something like that.
Yes, it's still within the schedule promised, but it's frustrating in that I was --> <-- this close to seeing it ship.
(I'm hoping it's just an automatic, blanket status change, and those of us near the currently shipping orders still ship in the next day or so).
