Good point, it appears I skipped over that extremely important bit of information, haha.. I guess I was just a little too happy to see my CU listed. Still, it's a pretty comprehensive list, and it is encouraging to know they're working hard to get it going within the next few weeks for so many institutions. Here's hoping they don't slack off.
 
My bank is not on that list. Anyone know how we'll know for sure? Will it tell you when you try to add your card? Or will it wait until you try to buy something and not go through?

You won't be able to add your card if your bank (the bank that issued the card) doesn't do Apple Pay.

As far as Canada users, I've seen some YouTube videos of people with US cards working in Canadian stores. Just thought I'd mention that. As far as Canadian cards go then no.
