-Calendar alerts now have the title in bold, and the time smaller in medium, underneath, as opposed to all bold and massive!
-EDGE now appears to have a dot in the rectangle icon, rather than an "E"

Has anyone noticed anything else that's not really been mentioned so far?

The dot is GPRS, not EDGE. EDGE still has an E.

Before it used to be a square without the E when you weren't on EDGE, now it's a dot.

why couldn't they just make it a "G" rather than a dot... that would have made more sense..

other changes...

when you're typing in passwords, it shows you the character you have typed, when you type the next character it changes to a dot

Calculator buttons are squared off, no longer round. I think it looks much nicer.

It does, I noticed that. And masked passwords are now dots, as opposed to asterisks.

Also, the .com button in Safari/mail has been there right from the start, fairly sure on that?

Well having a G would make sense if you are in a 3G area (Which is what the iPhone 3G does) - if you are in EDGE clearly it would be an E.

He means a "G" for GPRS.

Another one - the ability to select which Mail account you want to send from in each email, regardless of the account/mailbox you're in at the time - very useful!

Not sure about anyone else, but I've noticed a slight performance drop, things a bit more laggy/stuttery, than in 1.1.4.

Typing auto-correct: the correction word (little white box) now comes up after a little delay, rather than instantly, which also means that if you're typing fast, then you'll never see the correction word, and it'll just do it for you. Might be annoying if you don't notice it and it gets the wrong word...

When Im on edge it still looks the same

Details in calendar entries (when you open them from Calendar) are now smaller, blue, and bold...

Anyone else keep hitting "Calendars" when they meant to hit "Today"?!

i've only noticed the strong delay in AIM. in the standard apps, auto correct seemed to operate at a normal speed.

beware: erasing all content and settings literally takes 2 hours on iphone 3g vs. 5 seconds on iphone 2g

One Very, Very annoying change is to contacts. I am using MobileMe so this may be why, but everytime I go to look for a contact, I have to wait 2 sec or so before I can scroll. Apple needs to fix this ASAP.

another one: when typing a misspelt word... sometimes it doesn't give you the bubble above to make the correction... it does it for you instantly
