So just got off the phone with Apple support.
They ran a diagnostic, said everything was perfectly fine with my battery.
Asked the (nice) lady that, how can everything be fine with my battery if I've lost 8% in the 10 minutes I've been talking on the phone with you with only one tab in Safari open in the background and nothing else? (not to mention the fact that I could barely see my screen because the brightness was so low).
Her response: "When you're using your phone the battery will drain quicker."
Okay...
I'm going to just go in person to an Apple store and hope they see something is wrong. I even went through my settings with the woman on the phone and we went into each category and altered things that may impact battery life.
I guess if the Apple store says nothing is wrong i'll just have to reset my network settings as suggested earlier, restore my phone and hope for the best until I can get a 6S
