I have no complaints. It looks and feels like an authentic Otterbox. I got it for $4.69 on eBay.

I received 2 Defenders today and I'm very happy with them as I was using Apple's leather cases (also very nice) but pretty much the same as naked as far as protection. The Defender screen protector is a little bit "loose" but no where near as bad as I expected (doesn't bother me at all) and the protection is fantastic! The only thing I don't like is the home button area I wish they made a rubber / silicone armored version for those of us who don't use the touch id
You're the second person whom I've heard request a silicone cover for the Touch ID. Interesting.
What have you noticed? Pics? It's a major pain to take off this case and I'd like to know what I'm looking for before doing so.

If it's a discoloration I would be of no help, as I left the original (out of box) plastic on the back of my phone. I'm interested in seeing pics though!
At the end of the day, this case is really meant for one thing, hard falls. Once the contract period is up most of us will just trade up and get a $200 promotional credit (from most major carriers) or give the device to a friend/family member in need. Small scratches aren't going to effect the price and if you were walking around with the phone naked, I presume you would have more issues than minor scuffs from dust and dirt getting under the case.
Just my opinion however, ymmv.

Secondly, I dropped my phone from about 4 feet today while taking it out of my jacket pocket walking in my warehouse... Oops! It took a nasty spill and hopped, skipped, jumped and smacked down with a final "Craaack" on the concrete floor... "OH crap..."
NO DAMAGE!! Woooo!!! Case is awesome!!!
