I've never had a full screen glass protector on my 6 and now my 6S Plus. I'm tempted to try the Daswise, but do full screen protectors work with most cases? Currently I have an Incipio NGP. I don't want the full screen glass to get pushed up because of the case(s). Thx!!

I bought the Daswise, does anyone know if the end to end protector will work with most cases?

I too am having problems with the Maxboost sealing completely around the edges.

I wonder if I got a faulty screen protector (it was free, in exchange for a review), since I'm a pro at installing screen protectors on the first go.

It fits perfect with the Apple leather case and I think it would work well with other similarly sized cases.

Anyone know the thickness of the daswise? Anything over .20 feels too thick for me.

I don't know the exact thickness, but it doesn't feel too thick to me.

I had a total of 3 Maxboost sent to me. They all had the same issue as the Zagg and Spigen not sticking to the sides.

I have done tons of these and know that if they are a little too high or a little too low that you get this result. But now they are all the way around the phone even when perfectly installed.

How does it work with a case?

No issues at all for me. I used it with the apple silicone case without issue and also the zoogue iPhone 6 case. I could potentially see something like a speck candyshell being a problem but I imagine most cases will be fine.

FYI. Amazon has quite a few new reviews of the Spigen Glas.tr Slim not fitting correctly. I'm not even opening mine and returning it. Its too small and doesn't cover the whole screen!

Yup. I mentioned that yesterday:
I have had great experiences with Spigen cases in the past, but their glass seems subpar, in my opinion. Last year, their protectors were so narrow that they didn't even cover the LCD portion of the screen completely, and now I've seen numerous reports of gasps and air pockets on edges. I hope they can get it together.

And to add to my list of screen protectors that won't adhere to the sides.

Last night I tried the Tech Armor and Icarez glass both .3 mm versions with no luck.

Can anyone post a pic of their 6S with non Full coverage glass that actually sticks?

I don't have pics, but I tried this one and it seems to adhere properly all around the edges. Only been a few days but so far so good.

Just received the daswise! I was able to install it in minutes, it's so easy!! I'll never go back to cheapo protectors again that's for sure lol. Fits perfect and it even seems to make 3D Touch easier, maybe the extra pressure? :)

Edit: I think the only thing that will take some getting used to is the home button being a little recessed, I'm sure after a couple days though it will feel like normal ;)

I am new to these forums but I just wanted to thank those who recommended the daswise edge-to-edge screen protector! I'm ordering it immediately! I'm coming from a 5S with an Anker tempered glass protector on it, which I love, so I figured I'd just order the same one in the 6S+ size. When I started reading the Amazon reviews and seeing the pictures of the edge-gap I was horrified. And it looked like EVERY glass screen protector made for the 6 had this problem because of the curved glass. I was just resigning myself to the terrifying life of naked phone screen when I decided to see if you guys had any recommendations. I am SO PUMPED to learn this daswise one exists! It's possible that I'm a little crazy but I was seriously panicky about this and I am so relieved now! Thanks SO much!

Glad it worked for you :)

@Berthacrowley Ha! Last year I felt the same way. I hate cases, but can't go without a screen protector. There were no options at all for edge to edge protectors. At least now there are a couple, including daswise.

I actually sent an email to them a couple days ago, letting them know it doesn't fit the 6s properly.

Hopefully they update the cut/design.

Sucks because I have multiples, and I know they will all do the same thing.

So I feel like I'm the first one to have a bad experience with Daswise. SOOO nice, had such high hopes. But it went on looking like this. Boo. Same issue as others.

Maxboost finally responded to my emails. Looks like they're working on a fix, and will know within 72 hours.

Now they've got me wondering if it's a screen manufacturing difference, or if it truly depends on the cut/fit/design of the protector itself.

Here's how the convo went:

Me:
Hi,

I'm not sure if you are aware or not, but the iPhone 6 Glass Screen Protector does not fit the newly released 6s.

I installed a screen protector, and there is a rim around the screen protector, where it hasn't made contact with the screen/sealed properly/creates a halo effect.

Is Maxboost going to release a revised version?

Thanks,
John

Me:
Hi XXXXXX,

I am not the only customer with this issue. There are numerous people on Many Mobile Forums having the same exact issue with your brand.

At this point, this should be a known issue.
The Screen Protectors are simply not cut to fit the new 6s.

I understand you would like to send a replacement, but if the design is not updated, it will be useless.

Do you know if MaxBoost plans on updating the design, or has the design been updated recently?

Thanks,
John

Maxboost:
Dear John,

Thank you for your information!

Yes, we do plan on improving the design and have an updated version of the iPhone 6S screen protector released as soon as possible.

It has come to our attention that there is a portion of customers who are experiencing this issue. This is mostly due to the fact that Apple has a few different factories that work on the glass screen of the iPhone 6S, which results in inconsistency on the screen and curved edges design. Currently we are still investigating on the issue and we will come up with a solution within 72 hours.

Please do not worry, we won't leave our customers unattended; we will notify you once we come up with a suitable solution. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,

Maxboost Customer Support

I bought a zagg glass screen from best buy. It was for the iPhone 6+, I figure it will fit my new 6s+ just as good. It barely covered the viewing part of the screen. I had a replacement sent to me a few weeks ago for my 6+, that one has a little bit more on each edge of the screen compared to this one. I think they may have made the screens bigger by ever so little.

I decided to give the Daswise a try as well... I hope it works with my cases and that there are no bubbles.

Is that on a 6s or 6s+? I also noticed that you have some air bubbles above near the finger print sensor. Did those eventually go away?

I hate to sound like an excited 14 year old, but OMG!!! I got (the right color) Daswise yesterday, and it is PERFECT!. You can't even tell there's anything there. It's so thin, and made so well, you can't even really feel it around the home button. I have a cheap screen protector on my iPad, and I can really feel that it's there when I touch the home button.

You can see one tiny bubble at the upper right (my fault), but otherwise, no bubbles, nothing coming up. It's simply perfect in every way.

It looks great! Can I ask what case that is? I wasn't sure what cases would work best with an edge-to-edge. I ended up ordering a Spigen Neo Hybrid which I hope will be OK in conjunction with the Daswise but it'd be nice to know what other options there are!

The Daswise is the only one I purchased that fits without any edge bubbling. I've tried the VZ, Tech Armor, and Spigen protectors with no luck. The Daswise fit perfect, but my installation was surprisingly perfect. The curved edges of the 6s screen don't leave any margin for error in regards to bubbling edges.
