all four edges lift... so it's like there is a gray "frame" around your screen

Accurate.

It's why I got rid of the Spigen and went with Daswise. Still don't plan to keep Daswise forever but it's more than sufficient as an affordable placeholder until I can purchase the B-Noble or the Cinder.

I first tried the Lab C 0.2MM protector. It came just shy of the screen edges and produced the yucky halo effect, especially on bright scenes. I then got the HoFi "premium 0.26MM tempered glass screen protector", and I love it (compared to the other). It comes just far enough that there's no rainbow effect and I have seen zero lift on the edges.

Can you provide a link?

I'm using the Tech Armor ballistic glass on my 6S (loved it on my 6) with no issues. Works great.

I was finally ready to pull the trigger on the Godosmith Ice Max, etc., but now Amazon only has WHITE and I need black! Is it a good experience getting it through AliExpress? Having a heck of a time getting my $3 coupon. That seems ridiculous. Shouldn't have to try so hard for $3...

For the moment, I've found that I can live with the Cupert Eclipse. It's got the lift on the sides, but it's really mostly noticeable when the phone is off... That's okay. It's pretty good when the phone is on. Can't believe I can't get the darn Ice Max 3D on AMAZON?!?

*Disregard the dust on the bottom - that's pocket lint just on the surface - not under the protector at all.

I initiated a return with amazon for the defective spigen protectors and ordered a daswise for hubby's 6s based on the reviews on this forum... it will be here tomorrow..

Still don't understand why people still even deal with Ebay

90% of the site is knockoffs and/or some type of scam

Here's the Plus version. They make both. I bought the two pack (just in case I broke one).

Anyone else think there's way too much moronic marketing on these protectors, I don't care how good your screen protector is and if it is explosion proof, if that happens your phones gone

A way I ordered the spiegen glas tr slim and it shipped before I could cancel it so since it's new stock since they were out hopefully they corrected the issue

I also ordered the maxboost to have in case the spiegen doesn't work out and that could hold me over till someone gets their **** together and makes a good accurate edge to edge

Moronic marketing and very overpriced as well.

I ordered a daswise too. Let's see
How this turns out. Can the perpetual hunt for the perfect SP Finally be over?

Please let me know how it is. I have a cheap $.99 amazon glass protector on mine but now would like an edge to edge. one that would also fit my apple leather case. thanks.

That looks really nice.

I've ordered the Godosmith Ice Max 3D from AliExpress. Of course it's coming via standard shipping from Asia, so I still expect to wait a few days. It was free shipping, so I'm not complaining (I think they hand it off runner to runner Olympic torch style).

My experience thus far has been fine: ordering via the app was easy, and I've asked a few questions which were answered within 24 hrs.

That other thread has ended up being more 6s focused (less about the plus). I installed the HoFi 0.26MM "premium tempered glass protector". Pretty cheap on Amazon. It's not an edge-to-edge like some are looking for. However, it comes just a smidge outside the viewable area, which means it doesn't produce the ugly rainbow/halo effect that I saw from a Lab C model. I bought the 2-pack just in case I broke one, but didn't have any issues with the first install.

I like it a lot. I usually go with Tech Armor because of their warranty, but haven't like either of the 2 versions of their Edge to Edge protectors. I think this one is perfect and you can't beat the price.

What has been wrong with tech armor? I ordered both that is why I ask.

so i'm still fully confused regarding the REAL 3D protectores out there:

Cinder
Imos

B-noble?
Ice Max?

i think that's it.

Imo Cinder looks the best, and with a fitting pricetag :(

I originally got a Daswise screen protector, but didn't like the rougher edges and ended up returning it.

I ended up getting the Ice Max 3d protector and it fits and works perfectly. The edges are rounded and finished off well, the fitment is perfect, I would definitely recommend the Ice Max if you're waiting for the Cinder.

I'm going to try the B-Noble first because it's slightly more affordable and ships instantly from Amazon.

The Ice Max 3D looks just as nice as the Cinder but I'm not comfortable using AliExpress since it requires card info and doesn't let you use a secure payment system like PayPal.

Once the Cinder becomes available again through Amazon, we'll see which protector pulls ahead with consumers.
