6S+ landscape issues

9.0.2 did not do anything to solve this. My phone has AIDs. I'm not resetting anything. That sounds like a cop-out from Apple because they can't solve the issue. Effing ridiculous.

Well, I had to setup as new because of the 3D touch issues, which is ridiculous, but well worth it to have phone working correctly.

So it sort of fixed the issue. Not on a 6s+ On a6+ here still but it's better but not perfect. The message notification issue is back as well where you can't clear message indicators in Notification Center. But the rotation works sometimes and not others.

I can confirm that resetting all settings DID fix the issue (and also the issue of switching from standard to zoomed view and back). Now i just have to go back and re-reset all my settings to be the way I like them.

Count me in with odd landscape issues. Some times it rotates fine, othertimes it sticks and wont change.. Annoying to say the least.

Rotating seems slow and laboured too, not instantaneous like on an i5 or 5S. When it auto switches and then sticks in landscape on the multitask tray it annoys me.

Just came in here because my phone started having the issue today. It gets stuck into landscape.

I tried this as a last resort, and it worked. It sucks, since I have to set everything back to the way it was (and I can't remember half my settings). But it does indeed solve the issue.

This seems like a pretty common glitch, and I'm a bit skittish about getting the iPhone 6s+ in a week or so. Maybe I should just grab a 6s instead & have the manager at my VZW store cancel my incoming 6s+ order...

You'd think Apple would have a handle on this already!

IMO, this isn't a really big issue and shouldn't dissuade you from getting the 6S+. If you happen to have it it is easily fixed. The phone is awesome.
