6S+ phones ordered through ATT.com, not apple or Apple app, what's your delivery date?

Is it strange that my pending CC charge was removed from my pending transactions? I used Discover.

I even made sure to call them out of courtesy to let them know that I am making this purchase so they do not decline the charge. My order confirmation page looks okay though, still in progress and preparing for shipping.

They charged me twice so they can really do whatever they want but I feel that is pretty consistent with years past.

I still see the $61.75 charge for the sales tax on my phone, but I'm assuming that will disappear soon. AT&T does a pre-authorization on the card, which if not claimed within a certain amount of days, will fall off. The "real" charge will then go through when it's ready to ship, which should be 2-3 days before the 25th. Nothing to worry about.

Nope just the email like you received. Nothing since then. How many people had same situation last year and got phone on launch date even though original dates were later.
 
I'm confused by this thread. I ordered two iPhone 6s (a SG and a Gold 64 gigs) through at&t premier online store for the first time (in order to get the subsidized price) and both are showing estimated ship dates of "September 24, 2015 - September 24, 2015." That's a day before the official launch day so I take it to mean they're doing overnight shipping on the 24th to arrive on the 25th.

Is it the regular at&t site that's giving the October shipping dates?

The pluses are the ones with October dates.

I received the "Thanks for Choosing AT&T" email yesterday. I purchased 2 64gb +s (silver and space grey). I have UDP and my lines are not showing unlimited talk. The email seems to refer to the 2nd phone I purchased. The space grey one.

Ordered through AT&T Premier at 11AM on Monday (9/14).
6S Plus, Silver, 64GB
Order Status: In Progress

AT&T, 2 year contract with subsidy . . . absolutely not possible to order this through Apple or any other retailer for that matter. This announcement was not new.

Now, that's hard for me to believe. I checked my local AT&T (corporate) store and saw the list of phones they are getting in for launch. All of the 6s models were there but no 6s Plus. So, why would I expect the 6s Plus any earlier than October 16-23 when they're not even getting them in their stores?

Really? Why would pluses pink rose be not available at all until October yet all the pluses have dates of October. Hmm

Why would only rose in plus be back order yet all pluses show October date and regular doesn't.
