In 9.2 my lag completely disappeared. Hope if updated to 9.3 it stays the same. Kind of hesitating to update, works really good now, knocking on wood :)

Been using 9.3 for a few days and loving it so far - completely smooth!!
Hope it lasts!

Installed 9.3. Woooww!!! This is the way it should be from the very beginning!!!! No lag, everything blazing fast!!! The best update so far.
Edit: the status bar actually now appears even faster than the home screen! Wow!

This is so much better!! I only have it when i unlock the phone when i have a message on the lock screen.

Installed 9.3.1, I did notice right away some bug issues disappear. But it wasn't the problems reported, just some "funny" things that would popup on my IP6s+. Now its seems to be a better working phone.

9.3.1 here and everything is flying!!!! I wish we had this from the very beginning, but then we wouldn't have this lovely chat :)

I still experience the status bar/clock dropping in late lag after unlocking with Touch ID. I just check here sometimes to see if there's been a fix of some sorts. But I guess just like me most have just learned to live with it. I've had multiple 6s plus devices clean instal and from back up. Had nothing but stock apps at one time and still happens. I also mentioned iPad Air 2 same thing. All on the newest official os. And tried on the newest betas. Glad to see some are experiencing better performance but for me that's still the most glaring issue.

I think the reason people aren't posting is that for most, the issue has been resolved. I haven't had a problem on my iPhone 6s Plus for months and I've never had a problem on my iPad Air 2.

Same here. Hopefully it has gone away.

Ok so I've been getting freezes... Settings reset.. No help... I had some UI crashes (bug reports sent to apple) but most recently tried disabling purify (content blocker) and the hangs appear to have gone.

Sample of 1. Could be coincidence.....

Here's a question I haven't seen or maybe I've missed. I still have the time lag problem but I use a pc. How many of you have/or have had the problem and you use a pc. Or does everyone use a Mac? Wondering if that could be a factor with how the software is being loaded onto my device.

I have iTunes on a PC, but I do all updated and app downloads on the iPhone itself.

The majority I do as well. But when I do restores I use my computer to load the software. I'm still just trying to figure this out. I can't say it's just my 6s plus and I'll wait for the 7 my air 2 has the problem also. I'm about all out of questions to even look for the answer.

I've never heard of the Air 2 having this problem. As far as I'm aware only the 6s and 6s plus had the problem.

For what it's worth, I've done restores of both my 6s Plus and Air 2 on a PC under iOS 9. The Air 2 never had an issue (only restored once though). The 6s plus sometimes had a problem and sometimes didn't. Eventually it fixed itself though.

I had to do a Restore on my SE using my MBA to complete a DSU, and now my phone is choppy as hell. ugh! i'm going to try again after I find the time to Restore my MBA itself. otherwise, I'll just do it from the phone and reinstall all my apps one by one.

I use my PC for a major updates & syncing and my 6S+ as I've said before no longer has the lag.
