Houston Best Buy had stock.
Best Buy seems to have stock.
An AT&T store had 4 and sold out.
T-Mobile and Verizon didn't have in stores.
Verizon Atlanta had some in stock.

Anyone been through the Apple Store in Grand Rapids or Lansing Michigan? Going to be going through this afternoon and fingers are crossed there's a 64gb non-space gray available when I do. Though my optimism is not high.
Verizon store may have 6S+ at noon.

Walked in Grand Central Apple Store and bought. Another bought in AT&T.

One AT&T store that I went to in the Tampa area has 6s+, but only in Rose Gold. Another had 1 Space Grey. Yes, past tense. 
Grand Rapids Mi Apple Store is out of Verizon iPhone 6s Plus in all flavors. Sounds like there will be a good chance to get one tomorrow. Going to try Lansing on my way home, but even less optimistic than I was already. Sounds like they may have some for other carriers, however, as well as the standard 6s.
After verizon decided to bum screw me, hit the best buys and att stores around me, about a 70 mile radius (not all over the place, more localized.).

We're in Mobile, AL for a football game, and only one AT&T store had a 6S Plus, and that was a single 128 GB in Space Gray. Best Buy, Target, Walmart - nothing. I understand why Apple sends such pitiful quantities to these stores, but not every city has an Apple Store with large quantities.
Tucson, AZ is sold out on iPhone 6S+, but have plenty iPhone 6S. Most stores got a second shipement in the afternoon, but it was all iPhone 6S. Most stores only got one iPhone 6S Plus. Each one the space grey at 64GB.
Tampa Bay Area...
Target had a slew of 6s but no pluses.
I went to Best Buy and they also had plenty.
I ended up with a 64 gig Space grey 6s Plus (128 were for preorders)
Still don't understand why anyone would stand in line or pre order for a late shipping.

Great if you reserve one online. I highly suggest doing that. Don't just show up expecting to get one.
