On the same boat with you. I called Apple to get my shipping changed from Chicago to Baltimore I hope I didn't screw myself and it still arrives here tomorrow. Has anyone changed their shipping destination?
Mine as well. Aren't you in texas also? If so, ours will probably continue to have a trip together.
I think mine is on the same flight as yours but it didnt give me a delivery date yet. Thats crazy if it takes that long to get delivered.
What's weird is our arrival scan is identical but delivery date for ours is the 9th.
And 10th is technically less than a week.
Oh wait I'm wrong. We got the 7th not 9th and 10th is a week. I'm not awake clearly.

Ordered a 32GB Gold AT&T from Apple.com, confirmation e-mail received at 2:11 am CST on 9/20.
Order finally switched to shipped last night, here's a screen of my log so far.
I'm curious to find out what type of shipping those of you who got free expedited are receiving, and those who went with regular shipping. I paid for expedited when I ordered, and my order is being shipped Worldwide Express Saver, which is faster than Worldwide Expedited I think? (not sure)

The worldwide Express Definitely seems to be moving faster. Usually just 2 days and the package is at your doorstop. I'm part of the expedited and it looks like mine with have taken 5 days.
We paid at purchase for expedited and also have Worldwide express saver. Our delivery date just popped up for Monday.
Yeah it definitely makes a difference. If there wasn't a weekend in the way you'd have it even earlier. I really wish I would have shipped that way.
Here we were seeing people getting free expedited and thought we'd wasted money. Kinda nice to know it was worth it in the end.
Yeah definitely. Happy to hear you'll be seeing it soon. Plus it's great to have definitive info on the shipping. I recommend to anyone who hasn't had their phone shipped to try and request it through apple before it does.
It looks like these are the Shipment times:
Worldwide Express - 3 business days
Worldwide Expedited - 5 business days
On board this flight as well

BTW- I called early on and they upgraded my shipping for free (I had called to switch from the standard shipping and was prepared to pay the extra $10) to 2-3 day shipping, which they told me was the fastest available. If it really hits my doorstep in NJ on Friday, that will surely be as fast as they could possibly ship it because it left China this morning. I have Worldwide Express Saver shipping.

mine finally posted a delivery date, it says monday by end of day. Hopefully it gets updated for earlier delivery. I wonder if they deliver on saturday

mine is the exact same as yours and i think the express saver is faster as i got next day delivery free of charge from a manager at apple. It says monday delivery but im praying for tomorrow

I went with standard shipping and on UPS it says WorldWide Expedited. Kinda wish I had paid the extra 10 dollars, but what's a couple more days of waiting compared to what I've already waited?
Mine too!!!! Three hours in Korea and off to Alaska. Too bad it still says Monday delivery for us here in California. =(

I'm glad everyone that paid expedited is really getting the benefit from it.
Boo to Apple because I will be gone and no one will be home on 10/10 or 10/11 and I may end up having to drive to the UPS center to pick it up(Really, I understand this is not their problem,thanks for reminding me.) But the bad customer service come in when, I drive by an Apple store 2 times a day and I could have ordered for pickup there on Monday 9/23 or...I could have ordered a Gold 32gb for pickup on 10/1, but there was no clear way to cancel the online order in time to reserve one for pickup.
