Day 13 : still no update
Twitter has stopped responding to the pleas of the community
Web chat are now writing from stock responses
Order status still "in progress " whatever that means.

Yep I called O2 his morning seeing as though I never got a txt/email with Tuesdays message. All the call centre staff are just reading from yesterdays press release and blaming Apple for not sending O2 the stock. Once again was told tomorrow should know more. But take that with a pinch of salt.

If nothing comes of tomorrows update I shall just be going into my local O2 store as they have regular 7 in matt black in stock for collection and will re-do my upgrade.
 
Been on live chat and they said "wait until Thursday or sooner for an update", if don't hear from them again or they say wait again might go in store to change it as can't do it online

This business with O2 is becoming just a little unsettling. I mean they are pretty much on radio silence with respect to anything... however EE are very honest about their stock levels, telling customers that they have received stock and now promising to send out delivery estimates. Even their boss did a video. O2 have done nothing except tell a lot of BS and treat their customers like vermin. Makes you wonder if O2 have fallen out with Apple.

Picked up Black 7+ at the Liverpool Apple Store today on IUP.
Will be getting a sim only contract with (probably) EE tomorrow.
O2 have been a shambles throughout this.
 
After what seems like forever! Finally have dispatch: ordered 128GB 7 Matte Black on 10/9! Hope others have good news too

O2 have been a shambles throughout this.

O2 have been dreadful, I have taken the time to inform them of this every single day via live chat and also popped in to a few stores and called them a few times saying this.

They didn't even have demo models in the stores I went to whereas the EE store I went to had JB 7s for sale. Absolute shambles. Been with them forever but they really dropped the ball with this.
 
I hope my other half doesn't read that. She ordered the same phone on the 9th and has heard nothing.

Trust me I am surprised as you! I have had this contract since iPhone day 1 and have around another 5/6 contracts with O2 but I very much doubt that has affected anything! Their recognition of loyalty has well and truly gone over the past fortnight
 
Some 7+ Black pre orders are now starting to "complete" as some users have been posting on the o2 forums, mine still "in progress" annoyingly .
Least they are finally starting to move them

He said they'd obviously have stock in before then to fulfil, but couldn't be certain.

As always though, they're all reading off the same logistics hymn sheet.
But he actually agreed with me when i stated that Apple had done this hold back on purpose for desirability.

I don't think anyone has had a black 128GB 7+ shipped yet. I certainly haven't. Hopefully as there is now movement we see these getting shipped in the next couple of days.

Tomorrow's update should be interesting.

Also on a 7+ 128 matte black order. Haven't seen anyone say they've gotten one from O2, either here or at the O2 forums.

Just spoken to the upgrade team, and my phone is currently sitting in dispatch and will definitely be here tomorrow apparently. I've done click & collect so will try my local branch if they ever answer their phone!

Getting more feedback today from other 02 upgraders waiting on 128gb black/jet black that they due to receive stock for these no later than the 30th.

Just not acceptable.

Crazy they've not been able to fulfil a single black 7+ order.
 
Having been promised on numerous occasion that my 256GB Silver Plus WILL be available tomorrow for collect in store, I actually called CS and been told that my order is "Future Date Dispatch" with no idea when it will turn up.

Just snagged the phone in Apple Basingstoke on their Upgrade Program and will be cancelling my O2 upgrade.
 
I've managed to gt a 7+ in silver from the Apple Store today on the the upgrade program. Not what I initially thought I wanted but its really nice! When I rang O2 to cancel my upgrade the bloke didn't seem surprised at all. It even said on the automated message about iPhone delivery.

I hope you all get what you are after and the phones start to come though soon. Personally, I just couldn't wait!!

Any movement today? This is getting tedious. O2 dropped a bollock yesterday by saying they have limited stock in certain devices. Opening up a tirade of abuse for those who were waiting for other models that they more or less said they have stock of!
