I haven't heard a peep from them regarding my Matt black 256Gb plus since the initial upgrade confirmation emails.
I didn't order until the 15th so I'm probably weeks away given how far down the queue I am compared to those of you who ordered on the 9th.
Still, I'd be nice of O2 to actually inform customers given that they've already taken payments.

Dude, it's a nightmare. Keep clicking around and requesting desktop site until you get an actual desktop page. Then click on More, then My Orders. Then bookmark that sh*t. If you have the my DPD app you can re-arrange delivery or ask them to deliver it to an alternative location like a local shop where you can go and pick it up. However I think if you re-direct delivery on the day of delivery it won'y take effect until the next day.Oh well, I'll maybe need to see about working from home the next day if they can't deliver.

I ordered my jet black 7+ 256gb at 8:30am on the 9th. Not heard a peep from o2...I ordered on the same date the 15th 256gb 7 plus matte black let me know if you get any updates thanks
