Are you guys getting an update tariff email first? I've literally heard nothing about anything. I keep refreshing my o2 like a mad man.
 
Has anyone. Even on the o2 shop? I don't know if mine is playing up but it says they have availability on pluses? Let me know.

Sorry mate I've just looked n still saying at least 4 weeks on the plus's
 
I haven't heard a peep from them regarding my Matt black 256Gb plus since the initial upgrade confirmation emails.

I didn't order until the 15th so I'm probably weeks away given how far down the queue I am compared to those of you who ordered on the 9th.

Still, I'd be nice of O2 to actually inform customers given that they've already taken payments.

I ordered on the same date the 15th 256gb 7 plus matte black let me know if you get any updates thanks

Have you had any communication from o2 from the time you preordered till today?
Yes, I got a text last Friday saying I would get a further update today - then the next thing I heard was an email today saying my tariff had been changed

Dude, it's a nightmare. Keep clicking around and requesting desktop site until you get an actual desktop page. Then click on More, then My Orders. Then bookmark that sh*t. Took me a while to get there though.
 
Oh well, I'll maybe need to see about working from home the next day if they can't deliver.
If you have the my DPD app you can re-arrange delivery or ask them to deliver it to an alternative location like a local shop where you can go and pick it up. However I think if you re-direct delivery on the day of delivery it won'y take effect until the next day.
 
Hmmm, still no update to the tracking.

EDIT: Just phoned DPD. Apparently the tracking number that O2 gave me isn't a valid number, and is even in the wrong format :-/ DPD use 14 digits, not 15, and they usually start with 15, not 00.

But they did say that there is a delivery to my local store (I did C&C) between 10:40am and 11:40am. I'll give the store a ring at midday to see if I was on it!

The app is only offering a change of date at the moment. It's currently at the depot. I'll keep an eye on it for when it is out for delivery and see what options I have.

Got 2 MB 256GB 7 pluses on the way with DPD today had email and app confirmation. One of them is going back as I sourced a handset from Apple directly.

Shocking service from O2 this year, even though handsets are getting delivered I am still getting email correspondence from them saying they don't know when their getting stocked and could be upto 6 weeks. Shocking.
 
This is actually hilarious. I've not had a phone call from my O2 shop to say my phone has arrived so I called up customer services to see if they know where it is.

So I had a tariff update text and email last night, my order page now shows dispatched on the 27th, and I have a parcel number. Customer services says that there is a delay on the phone and it hasn't been dispatched. O2 apologises.

Utter shambles :-/
 
When I picked mine up at my local o2 yesterday they had received the phone but I hadn't received the text including the collection reference.

They had to push the confirmation text through whilst I was in the store and they had the phone in their hands, so if all you have is your DPD tracking number don't be suprised if you don't receive a confirmation.
 
Just walked out of my O2 branch. No phone. Apparently I'm the second person today to have gone in after customer services told me it was ready.

Even though my order page says the order is complete, the muppet in the shop said nothing will be received until the 5th.
 
Just had a text confirming my tariff has changed and my order shows as "completed" with a dispatch date of 28th. I wonder if the phone will be ready for pickup in store tomorrow?
