I got the shipment notification on my JB 256 7+ (which has been in PFS status since Thursday) at 4:55 AM today! It's in China with expected delivery on 9/21 via UPS.

I ordered through the Apple Upgrade program, AT&T model with a order email confirmation at xx:09

Now I just have to figure out how to get the phone to ship to my actual address and not the one that AT&T forced on the order, which is my OLD address. Just plain stupid, IMHO!

Verizon Jet Black iP7+ 128GB shipped today. Original delivery date was 9/26-10/3. New expected delivery date is end of day Wednesday 9/21 per UPS but Apple website says 9/22. Either way I'm getting it early and that's all that matters.

Order timestamp was 12:13 Pacific via Apple store app
 
anyone any idea why mine hasn't moved from China yet :(

it's coming to the UK and been stuck here since 9am Friday 16th! Status of "shipped" since then as well!

anyone else experienced the same?

Well, that's good that you got shipped - I have identical order, just about 4 minutes behind you in the queue. I got my PFS overnight Friday to Saturday, and still sitting at that...

As for your wrong address, you may have to contact AT&T first to make sure they have your current address, and then Apple as they are the only ones who can "intercept" a package and ask UPS to change the ship-to address. UPS will not do it for you as you are not the shipper. However, you usually can ask them to hold at a local hub. The problem with that, however, is that they usually will not give it to you if your ID's address does not match the ship-to address! May need to get this escalated, sorry to say...

Mine had been in preparing for shipment since Thursday (and card charged Thursday) finally got the shipping info. Says delivery Tuesday but it's currently in China. Ordered 3:04 am Sprint 256 Jet Black 7 Plus.

Thanks for the info! I'd be perfectly happy with customer pick-up but I can't do it online with UPS because I already deleted my old address from my MyChoice account. My driver's license still has the old address so I should be good there!

I think the best option is holding it in an office/hub and picking it up with any ID

You should be able to call them and request it in that case...
 
9/26-10/3 128gb ATT JB 7+ and I just received shipment notification via UPS. Scheduled delivery 9/20 as of now at least.

Status just changed to pfs and my card charged!
Ordered a jet black 128 for att, order confirmation 3:12am est, estimated delivery 10/4-10/10

Is it just me or is it only people who ordered their phones directly from Apple that are seeing movement? Are the people who ordered from the carriers directly just gonna get ignored lol?

I preordered my iPhone 5 through ATT. Maybe 3 minutes after ordering went live. Ended up walking into the ATT store 2 weeks after launch and picking up the same phone while mine was still on 'backorder' never ever again will I buy through a carrier.

Seems so, which doesn't make much sense as the ATT & T-Mobile phones are identical hardware. Unless there's something else I don't know.

The amount of units that are bound for ATT customers is substantially greater than T-Mobile customers. Same goes for Verizon. Their units will be allocated first, especially since some of them will be locked. Makes sense but still sucks ass though.
 
Prob not for another two weeks. There are people still in the first wave ( 9/26 - 10/3 ) who have been stuck in PFS for 2-3 days without any movement.

Not sure if I believe that... seems like most people had theirs ship around 3-4 days after PFS. If that holds true, there's no way it's going to take another two weeks after PFS.
