I ordered from apple. Email said shipped yesterday morning. Still shows it's in china w/ delivery date 9/20 by end of day. What gives?

I'm in the 10/13-10/20 (ATT App) window for JB 7+ 128.... And been sitting at PFS since 11:51pm PreOrder night. Not a peep! Unbelievable.

Honestly we all can't complain too much. I know it's annoying if someone with a later date gets a shipment first, but we are all getting our phones quicker than our specified delivery dates. I'm just trying to look at the bright side I guess.

I don't care if it doesn't come tomorrow except in that I have to decide if I'm going to stay home and wait for it tomorrow.

Are you checking it through the app? I just noticed that when I refresh it on the UPS app, it says delivery is for the end of day 9/20. But when I go through the website, it says end of day 9/21. If I try to pickup my phone from elsewhere and configure it on the app, it says I can pick it up from a different location on 9/20, but the website says I can pick it up from my preferred location on the 21st.

When you go to which website? I get the same info thru the ups website on my computer as I get from the UPS app on my phone.

I get that, however they are ignoring their customers all around. Why does someone who ordered directly from Apple get priority over someone who ordered BEFORE that person through their carrier directly? It's the same product and as far as I'm concerned money is money lol. What's the point of pre-ordering and staying up late when they're gonna prioritize someone who ordered later on? That's like standing in line at the Apple store and getting skipped by someone all the way at the back wtf? Lol
It could have everything to do with how the carrier orders the phones from Apple. They probably don't call Apple and say "I need a JB 128gb 7 Plus." It's probably more like "We're anticipating we'll need 1 million JB 128GB 7 Pluses, but since we're buying them first with our money we'll take 500,000 and call you back in a couple days to order more when we see what demand really is."

I could be wrong but my point is never assume it's personal, that Apple is trying to crap on certain customers or carriers to make their lives miserable. Apple probably allocated units for it's stores based on it's very detailed data of how these things shake out and the carriers ordered based on what they could do at the time. Apple is not going to call AT&T and say "Hey we have some extras if you want them." The carriers made their order and Apple will fulfill that order exactly how the carriers made it. It's up to the carrier to satisfy it's customers when they order directly through them and then it's up to the customer to decide if they are satisfied with the service and switch if they're not.

I've got my case and screen protector here, with no phone to use them with! Tomorrow can't come soon enough!

Come on UPS, give us some tracking updates!

9/9 ordered as soon as preorders started.

128 JB 7+ ordered through Verizon at 12:20 Pacific. 9/23 delivery, from the beginning.

Still processing. No movement. No nothing...at all. Nothing.

I've been patient, but I'm starting to get annoyed. Any kind of progress would be met with applause. I'm tired of refreshing the page and signing in.....

No, not all of us are going to get the phone before the estimates. We will see.

Same with everything. Same phone, capacity, time. And still processing. So ridiculous.

mines due for EOD 21st! it's in Korea now, UPS assured me it'll be here for me then as taking a day off (self employed)

anyone know how i can view upcoming scheduled UPS flights?? can only find ones that are in the air...

It seems that AT&T models all shipped while Verizon models are all still in PFS without a change in date or UPS notification. Feelsbadman.

That is the status according to ATT, not Apple - (it seems to be ATT's way of saying: "OK - we will get to you when we can)
I'm guessing most people are at work. But yes let's see those pics!
File Sep 19, 12 46 40 PM.jpeg Yep - at work, can't wait to get home.
