Well... that's that. Ever since it moved out of China, updates haven't really come in. Don't know if it's moving or not. This has been the worst process on getting info from UPS. Some folks, it seemed like were on the same path, and I haven't seen any update since 5 this morning... sucks. I would be cool if they gave me a concrete delivery date.

I have the same scan. It appears as though there is a departing flight scheduled around 11:00 AM EST. Although, I could be wrong about this. Crossing my fingers that our phones will be on this flight if there is in fact one!

It's not ups77 right? That one says leaving from
Shenzen instead of zhangzhao. And that one is delayed 3 hours

UPS just bumped my estimated delivery to 9/23.

Sigh... was bumped from Wed to Thurs while stuck in China. Now have moved on to Incheon and once again delivery day has disappeared on UPS. Anyone else have the same below tracking? Any guess when we will see our phones?

Mine is the exact same. Do you or anyone know what they mean by package will be forwarded to a UPS facility in destination city? Does that mean I have to pick it up at the actual store or it will still be delivered to my house. I'm so confused.

Mine has been sitting in Louisville for a long time. Missed the flight to Denver around 2am somehow... UPS sucks

Based on my experience you'll get it tomorrow. My phone did the exact same trip, just one day earlier on all of the scans (even the sitting in China/your package is in transit messages)

Did you phone get delivered to your house or you had to go to UPS for it?

I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow for a week. Has anyone had any experience of redirecting a package to a different state for pickup?

I'm in the same group. My concern is that with UPS77 being delayed whether or not we make it in time for a flight from Alaska to Louisville. It was supposed to take off at 7:10PM China time and has been delayed to 10:00PM China time. That puts it getting to Alaska at 4:27PM Alaska time.

Yes! I got the delivery confirmation email for tomorrow about 30 minutes ago and just now had my tracking updated to Friday (9/23). 🙁

Same... did anyone get a departure scan from there? I'm thinking UPS is a bit lagged in updating probably... I have a feeling we'll all see a departure scan shortly. (positive thinking!)
