My friend and I did the upgrade program and were still in Processing hell. From the looks of the forum there is no rhyme or reason at all.
I did not opt for IUP. I bought mine outright, and my order has shipped. Hang in there. It will happen for you.
Well, even though mine apparently arrived in KY at 2:19am, it never left. Still sitting there.
That's fine; I expected Id be delayed to Thur anyway (From Tue to Wed to Thur). But right now, I hate seeing UPS "wait" to move it tonight; cause I'll be upset if there's ANOTYER problem tonight, delaying me further...

I got the same update. This pre-order has been a comedy of errors.

Apple is saying that phone will be delivered on 26th sep. but UPS is showing 22nd. iphone is still sitting in china Zhengzhou since yesterday.
If it lands in Louisville tonight (or technically Thursday morning around 1-2am) you should get your phone tomorrow. It typically will travel quickly to your local hub and get there around 5-6am, and then out to delivery or to the place you set as a pickup.
The only flight I see from Louisville to Newark Airport is at 5 or 6 am EST and it lands at 8 am:/
Not to worry, things move very quickly from Newark to everywhere in the tri-state area.
At this rate i feel like I'm never receiving my phones. Order went through at exactly 3:10 EST Sept.9th for two T-Mo JB 7+'s 128's. Was quoted Oct 4th-Oct 10th. Still processing. Haven't been charged anything. Anyone with the same quoted dates who also purchased T-Mo phones seen any updates?
I have the exact same information as you. Definitely thinking that UPS will bump our delivery date soon. It's not looking too good for us right now. The 26th isn't the end of the world, but this entire process has been painful to say the least.
Strangely, I don't think many T-Mobile phones have moved. Don't know why this would be, as AT&T ones have (and they're identical), unless that report of carrier update settings with iOS 10 bug that was reported last week is holding all of those up so they can get a firmware flash before leaving the factory...
I'm in the upgrade program. 10/18-31 here and still no movement. Processing forever.
I got the same case! Also got the new black Apple Silicone Case. I'm also leaning more towards the Apple case, but I had the Spigen case last year also and I pretty much switched off during the year with Silicone and Spigen.
Glad to see that Jet Black Plus' actually exist in the wild!
I also hold for pickup! Better than waiting all day for the truck to arrive! Pacing around the house, looking out windows, and stopping at every little noise you hear is not fun to me!
