Not sure what that message you have means, mine doesn't say that.
Strangely, on Apple.com it still quotes my delivery as 10/4-10/10. UPS site changed from 9/22 to saying delivery date unknown. Now I just contacted Apple and they are saying it will be delivered 9/23. So those who have the same tracking as me, sounds like we may have just gotten bumped another day... Sigh... I wonder if people who pushed for expedited shipping are dealing with this crap.
Expedited shipping has nothing to do with any of this... EVERYTHING leaves the East as an "overnight" delivery, logistics-allowing. The Expedited just means it will be delivered before 12pm, while the standard "Express Saver" is guaranteed for afternoon delivery (usually before 8pm, which in my experience, means they show up and throw **** at my door at 7:55pm)
Okay that's good to know. But how come people who initially pushed for the "expedited" delivery were showing estimated delivery dates that were 4 days sooner than other people?
Even if your tracking info is not being updated, your phone may still be moving. Keep in mind when I went to sleep last night my phone's last scan was in China. When I woke up, my phone was out for delivery. UPS tracking sucks hard.

Check your UPS delivery date again... some of us in the same situation recently got pushed back to Friday (9/23).
Every wave thus far has been pushed back 1-2 days due to there not being enough room in their plane containers. People who were originally supposed to get delivered on 20th got pushed to 21st or 22nd... I was originally 21st but will now be 22nd or 23rd (Last UPS update is in Korea). You will most likely get your phone Friday, Sat, or Monday.

I've beeen wondering this too! I called UPS back when I was "stuck" in China and requested customer pickup and was told they couldn't really do anything until it was stateside. Wondering if I need to call again.
I've never went through so much hassle with UPS. This is crazy. All I ask is to stay consistent with tracking information. It's no reason why you have a date one day and then it's just gone with no explanation. At least say why the date is missing or why the date was pushed back. That's why people are becoming angry. We shouldn't have to call them for this kind of information.
All you guys upset about tracking info not being accurate even though it's on it's way while we stuck here in Processing...
I'm still showing 9/22 and it's still sitting in Zhengzhou since 1:05AM Yesterday.
Can you tell us what the tracking actually showed between Zhengzhou and Louisville? It might give us a clue as to what is going on with ours. My suspicion is that they are chartering extra lift and when they do the phone doesn't get tracked very well.
