Wtf... so my UPS tracking shows estimated delivery date of Monday but when I call customer service it says delivery date unavailable. Do I trust the Apple e-mail or not?

Most people who got the email did are getting their phones today but I and a few others who did get it as well haven't gotten any update. So it's a bit of a mixed bag which is ridiculous
apple doesn't give an actual time. i guess ill have to wait. just not sure what their end of day is for a saturday. i knwo during week its like 6, but saturday i would think earlier.
Well, I never got an email from Apple nor UPS about Saturday delivery and once my phone got to my city hub, UPS put Monday as the delivery date.
I'm actually getting it today because my tracking page now says it's on the truck and out for delivery. Maybe Apple made an agreement with UPS or UPS is making the call on their own to get them out early. Really hard to say there.
Those who got their phones - did all your statuses change to out for delivery? Last thing I have is a destination scan at a hub 30 min drive away, and scheduled delivery on ups.com updated to Monday, but I'm still holding on to the Apple e-mail promising Sat delivery with my last shred of hope...
Does anyone show an import scan at Louisville as their last Location? I live near Cincinnati Ohio so I'm wondering if the only reason that's my last scan is because they put it on a truck to drive up to Ohio since it's so close to Louisville already

hoping for the same, i have a destination scan at my hub which is literally an 8 minute drive away. But they're closed today so who knows what that means in regards to deliveries

Me, too. I got the Apple e-mail last night saying my phone would be here today. I also got texts early this morning from UPS saying my delivery has been changed to Monday, but in the tracking section it still says delivery info not available. I called UPS since my phone arrived in Seattle at 6:17am (3hrs away) with no movement since. I was told that it was going to be put on a plane to Spokane today and delivered this afternoon. I will be shocked if that happens, but we'll see.

Read the email again. It says it will be delivered outside of normal delivery commitments today read the email again

I called UPS early morning supervisor didn't know anything... I drove to local hub she didn't have info..

And randomly it showed up!!!!
If you missed Friday it was true they'll expedite for today..
My last scans were
Departure scan at Tulsa and arrival scan 7:12am...
Then another arrival...

You should have a departure scan after the import scan once it's on the way to the smaller hub in Cinci.
Well I just got an email about my Monday delivery....they said it's going to be delayed.

And here's an update:
Had 6:17 am arrival scan Seattle
then 7:50 am Departure Scan
now, 8:15 am "a late flight has caused a delay. We're adjusting plans and working to deliver your package as quickly as possible./ Your delivery has been rescheduled for the next business day"
and yet my Scheduled Delivery STILL shows "information not available at this time. Please check back later"
(oh, the flights between Seattle and Spokane, where I am, are an hour. It's 9:02 am here. A "late flight" shouldn't be that big a deal!)
