Screen protector. Water under it, haloing, etc. Take a look at some reviews on the priduct. There are pictures that show my exact issue. The issue seemed common enough that I wasn't really willing to try again, though I couldve just received a bad one,.

I had this happen on my S0 and called apple and they actually replaced mine for free. They say everyone has one complimentary replacement. I had to pay for the full price of the watch on hold until i sent my old one back. Ever since then I've had a screen protector on the watch screen and Ive hit it pretty hard and never have any issues... highly recommend a cover for the watch.. can barely even tell its on.

While "they" are at it, "they" should invent an unscratchable, unbreakable glass or one with a air cushion around it so that nothing but your finger can penetrate it.

Also, a watch that shoots laser beams from the red spot on the digital crown.

For $49 AC+ is hard to turn down on watch. I usually don't get it but this time I did.

Being the Apple Watch is such a small device and our wrists are constantly moving, I would say AppleCare is a smart move, especially given what the cost to repair versus just buying a new Apple Watch altogether if someone did not have AppleCare.

Wow. Didn’t realize it was that cheap to replace with AC. The cost of AC is only $50 isn’t it? Much more worth it imo than AC on iPhones then.

I found out the value of apple care a few months ago. I had it on my iPhone included on the monthly payment plan with t-mobile I passed out and fell cracked my iPhone screen tore a series 0 Watch band and broke my phone holster but my AirPods stayed in my ear. When I went to my local Apple store to fix the screen after getting out of the hospital, apple said they could not repair the phone so they swapped out a same model color refurbished one for only 29 bucks. Just got my series 3 a few days ago so I put apple care on it right away
