It's not like PdaNet - it actually broadcasts the SSID network name so you don't have to create an adhoc network. It also does the routing natively in the kernel, so it's less battery and much faster. (Disclosure: I wrote the App![]()

Instead of creating the ad-hoc network on the computer, the phone becomes a router, allowing for more than one connection at a time?

I found it in Cydia, however I have intelliborn.com/cydia/ defined as a source. Not sure if that's where I'm finding it.
