Store's up, pre orders down

Good to see the store site back up.......bad to see you still can't finish a pre order on there. WTF?? "Processing informaion" same as it was 4 hours ago.
 
Its hard to believe that Apple has so many problems with their site this time... last year it was no problem and pretty much the same demand.
 
Woohoo!

Finally got the phone to appear on the AT$T premier upgrade page.. Went straight thru with no issues, have my confirmation email... Working from home on 6/24 to meet fedex at the door.. Wonder if I can get my neighbor to meet it during the night at the hub and bring it by.. HA!

Apple page is still trying to get my account info from AT$T...



And yes, i replaced the & with a $ as that seems to be where all my money goes lately.. But well worth it!
 
I was just on the Apple site and checking out the AT&T plans and if I click through to choose family and then the data it just says my session has expired due to inactivity even though I click on the next button right away!!!! Errrrrgh

UNLESS they are having a denial of service attack (which I highly doubt) or are artificially creating havok to generate market gossip and headlines (which I am starting more and more to highly suspect).
 
site is not up yet. when i click on pre-order it brought me to a page that looks like it was all jarbled up. no images or words...

i think i'm just going to attempt to go to the ATT store to do this. If they can't try BB. If they can't then forget it :p
 
Is "SHIP TO STORE" an option on the online ATT site? I would check myself but I can't get into the AT&T site (nor the Apple site).

UGGGH

I finally made it through to my cart and then I see that a stainless steal shuffle has been randomly added. I removed it and the total would not update so i refreshed and BAM no store :mad::mad::mad::mad:
 
I had a FAN account so I had to use Apple because it wasn't on the AT&T site. Use AT&T though. Their site seems to be quicker. Good luck!!
 
I dont get how one of the most innovative companies in the world could have this many server issues. I may just pick up the iPHone in the store. As much as i love apple they keep dropping the ball.
 
Store is back up....again. I wonder how long till it goes down again. Anyhow, I'm trying to reserve mine to pick it up at my local Apple store...but when I click on "reserve now", it takes me to the "pre order" screen. Is this the same thing...? Yes? No?:confused:
 
it wont let me hit continue when i click on the button that says replacing existing phone. ugh apple.com
