Hardest part was getting the items in my cart. After that, got the oops screen about 8 times, but eventually was able to check out. Iphone, bumper, and dock, shipped to home.
Got to checkout screen, then I find out that you can only ship to billing address. Trying reservation now.

It worked for me. Sucks that I can't pick it up in the store. That would have been my first option. But oh well. I'm just glad it finally worked.apple pre order web site is disaster

Where is the North Carolina computing / server farm / cloud center when Apple needs them? Clearly not up and running yet.
I agree with this in part, but some of the time I am able to make it to the selection screen to add it to my cart, only Apple says the pre-order for shipping is down and I can only pick up in the store - that is not an AT&T issue.
Actually some of it is Apple .. If it only errored at order ... AT&T but the entire Apple store online has been up and down.
Sucks so bad that the Oreck vacuum guy is now worried that Apple is going to go into the home cleaning appliance business. This is really a pathetic showing. As Donald Trump says, "somebody will get fired."
Not my experience. I don't think we can use ATT as the whipping boy on this one. In my many attempts to order I get past the ATT check just fine. It's the next screen "Finalize" that everything goes FUBAR.

I think Apple had major problems this morning but now it seems to be on the AT&T side.
Earlier I couldn't even access the store, now I can with no problems, but just get stuck at the processing my eligibility like some other people have mentioned.
yes, i got one ordered this morning around 950 then been stuck ever since trying get another for my little brother.
