Cancer causes chem trails... surely not.

See previous comment :p:D

I am not sure you understood my comment; may have been lost in translation due to the tense used in the context....”cancer causing chem trails” was meant to imply the chem trails themselves cause cancer, not that cancer causes chem trails. But my point was those conspiracies are ******** anyway, yet I can still find “supposed evidence” of them if I google for them because the internet is a free for all, as MR demonstrates well.

But it's not conspiracies is it... I'm talking about actually medical journal evidence that IR dots are significantly bad for your eyes. Apple are getting around this by using thousands of very low powered dots, but I don't fancy using my eyes as a beta tester for it. You don't have to look far to see complaints on this forum and others of headaches and migraines for X users, and plenty of people complaining about pain with the iris scanner on the Samsung phones too.

The X is scanning peoples faces when they log into websites isnt it?

What next scanning peoples faces everytime they post, tweet, facebook etc?

The data they are collecting is of a users face, is user happy, sad, laughing etc etc

Nothing weird about that at all.

Move along.
Face ID data is stored locally the same way Touch ID data is stored.

But let’s say “they” are collecting pictures of us happy, sad, laughing etc etc, what can be done with it?

If you actually read the threads you would know the headaches and migraines have nothing to do with IR dots.

You need to look a bit deeper mate. Face ID info is available to 3rd parties. Not all of it granted but enough to tell mood etc Go ask any dev.

No it's not. Apple has stated before that that information is only stored locally in the secure enclave. The data it gathers is never transmitted to a site outside of the phone. Now I'm not saying they are being truthful about this, but giving developers that data is most certainly the fastest way to let consumers know that they lied directly to their faces.

Sorry but no.

The iPhone 8+ is:

iPhone 6SSS+

You are using the SAME EXACT thing as 2014.

I am sorry, I’m all things Apple, but you’d have to be a mad man to buy an 8/+ unless you are coming from a iPhone 5s down.

It doesn't give them ALL the data. Like I said above/before. It gives them enough that they can do certain things. BUT NOT ALL THE DATA.

No examples? Just be scared for the sake of being scared?

I explained myself earlier. I dont expect you to understand as it took long enough for you to admit you were wrong about Face ID being available to devs.

All I was asking for was proof. That link could have been posted from the beginning.

Yes it’s true developers have access to certain pieces of Face ID data, but that’s only at the user’s discretion. If it’s a concern of yours, access can easily be denied.

I don't think you explained yourself very clearly. If you had, others would not have questioned you to begin with. Posting that link Would have would have that cleared confusion earlier on.
