See the reason I say this is you don't see articles going over what Samsung hasn't done or is missing in their phones.
There are plenty of features that Apple feels are of much more importance that Samsung and the like have not found ways to create in their phones, yet no press is pouncing on them about the lack there of.
I mean, iCloud, no other phone company has brought anything comparable and as robust to their phones, yet I don't see an article saying 8 things the S3 doesn't have.
It's biased journalism.

But truly how many people had that problem, it was like less than 1%.
I mean, if the issue had affected 10%, 20%, 50%, then it would be a different story. But there are so many factors to take into account and I just felt it was blown up simply to take advantage of the situation.
