Anyone managed to get a good clear case that will show the iPads colour whilst also being compatible with the Smart Cover? (I don't want much I know haha)
Managed to pick up a cellular model 9.7 for the same price as a wifi model so pretty excited to get it, coming from a 1st gen air!

I don't think there are any currently available for sale. There are a few on Amazon for preorder. Some are the soft TPU types and some are the harder polycarbonate type. I have preordered one by a company called MoKo on there which is described as frosted transparent so not 100% clear but it was the best one I could find. It is compatible with the smart cover and smart keyboard according to the description. It's due to be delivered between the 14th and 16th of this month and cost me 1 pence to but plus £4.99 in shipping. It's now gone up to 99p to buy. I will probably stick with that until something better is available.

I upgraded from a Air, so it's a big upgrade for me, speed and feature wise. Although I just can't get excited about upgrades to iPad's any more.

I totally hear where you are coming from.

For me I do feel the iPad Pro is faster than an Air 2 (for example) but I do feel performance isn't as good as it should be due to iOS 9.3.1.

There's definitely GUI issues here and there which is a shame as it's much more solid on my iPhone 6s Plus.

Has anyone sold their old iPad with mresell and if so how did you find the experience?

I used them nearly two years ago to sell my mid-2011 iMac 21.5".

Great communication at the time and received my payment (Bank Transfer) within the matter of a fortnight.

Used them again the other week to sell my iPad Air 2 (was offered £327). Despite requesting them to collect my iPad via Parcel Force I've given up waiting to hear from them and have sent it was Royal Mail (Special Delivery).

I personally recommended them a few posts back but would urge you to consider other options (depending on what you are offered).

That reminds me.... Need to email them (again!!)

Has it been a week already????

Doesn't time fly when you're having fun using the iPad Pro :D

I can't believe this thread is still alive! :D albeit a lot quieter than this time last week, well actually this time 8 days ago! I really do love the mood on here the evening before a launch day delivery!

Welcome to the iPad Pro party!

I've got to wait a while but am seriously considering the Smart Keyboard.

Let me know what you think of it please (and if you feel you made the right choice).

And to those who of you who've add the iPad a week now... Thoughts?

Even though I came from an Air 2 I have to say I'm glad I did.

Not sure what I think of the keyboard at the moment to be quite honest. Not sure I like the feel of the keys. Obviously spacing is cramped but not too bad. I made a lot of mistakes at first, but slowed down and started looking at the keys etc to learn how to type on it. Much better than typing on the onscreen keyboard. Having said all of that, I haven't tried any extended writing or gave it much of a chance yet.

My biggest annoyance comes with 'watch mode'. I propped my iPad 4 up a lot with the Smart Cover. I was hoping to be able to do the same with the keyboard tucked away. I find the watch mode angle to be ridiculous, it's very vertical, but also ridiculously wobbly. It's just unusable. Of course I can keep the keyboard folded out but it creates unnecessary distance when I don't want to type.

If I could hide the keyboard away and use it like a normal Smart Cover, I'd definitely keep it. At the moment, I'm not so sure. Will test it out a little longer.

(Typed this comment on the Smart Keyboard. Somehow ended up with italic on three times!)

Not sharing where you got it at that price?

I got a 128GB Wi-Fi version off eBay for £485. The seller had it listed for £600 but was open to offers. I offered them £540 and they agreed. I was able to make use of a Paypal promotion to save a further £50 and got another £5 off by going through a cash back website.

You do have to be careful, there are a lot of scams on eBay, but Paypal gives you some protection.

I recently saw a seller with a feedback score of over 10,000 and a rating of 99% selling substantial numbers of 12.9” 32GB iPad Pros for £499. They sold one batch of 40 and then listed another. The buyers didn’t get their iPads and the seller is no longer registered.

Thank you for the feedback. I shall keep an eye on what you've got to say in the coming weeks/months and go from there.

I have the Apple Wireless Keyboard (non-Magic version) which is fine as it works over Bluetooth and has plenty of space but it isn"t something I can carry around all of the time with me.

These little beauties arrived today from Amazon, gotta say they are great :)

Well worth getting if you are worried about losing your pencil cap and female lightning adaptor.

I had posted earlier in this thread about my concern of the Smart Keyboard matching with the rose gold back color wise. I have a frosted clear polycarbonate case on the back that along with the charcoal grayish Smart Keyboard and the rose gold back actually seem to make a good color combination. The rose gold seems to go pretty well with the Smart Cover in my opinion. The colors are a good match. That said I'm still looking at investing in a regular Smart Cover probably in midnight blue for those times I don't want the Smart Keyboard on my iPad.

Watford store has two smart keyboards in stock. They did have three but I bought one.

Part of me hopes Apple (or a third party company) releases a Smart Keyboard with a slightly longer layout for ease of typing.

I would like the Pro Keyboard (I currently use my Wireless Keyboard via Bluetooth) but feel it might be too small for my own personal consumption.
